I’ve been trying this out for a month or so. I’ve tried several types and brands of Vitamin D3 so far from iHerb. I’m pleasantly surprised this is my favorite so far! I’ve tried other ones that are in oil and ones in powder capsule form. When I switched from oil droplet type to capsule powder one, I felt my body wasn’t absorbing vitamin D3 as effectively as in oil form so I switched it. I was initially worried about the oil taste as the previous one tasted strange or expired oil (it was in olive oil form). This one I love the taste it’s fresh. I love the fact that I can control the dosage easily by just altering a number of drops I can take if I wanted to take a bit more (daily recommended number is four drops a day). Normally you can get vitamin D3 via sun exposure but I don’t go out as much due to Covid now. You can also consume some food like eggs and some meat which contains this particular vitamin D3 and it stores in your body. Do you don’t necessarily have to take it every day. But I do take every few days especially when I wasn’t feeling that well. It keeps your natural immunity balanced. The package was ok. I don’t particularly like the drop syringe is plastic inside. I think it defeats the purpose of the glass package as we are trying to avoid plastic now and plastic in oil is the worst form as it can leach out carcinogenic chemicals into the oil…I hope they change this up proper glass dropper. Also once you open the bottle it is hard to keep it tightly closed and it loosens itself up due to poor screw design. But overall the taste and effectiveness is ok. Price is midrange, not the cheapest but not the most expensive one out there.

Since then they have slowly returned to normal. My doctor asked what I was doing differently, and I told him all I was doing was using this product. He even said he may recommend it to patients who aren't responding to the prescription.I have osteoporosis and on top of that, I'm somewhat heat sensitive so I'm rarely out in the sun. This is the perfect solution for me. I'm just so relieved to have found a product that gives me such good results.
