After much reviewing of this product. I found this brand was then best reviewed and more economical than what I was buying. Previously I was taking Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 become expensive. So very happy with the quality of this brand and combination. I take 2 capsules daily for the last 2 years now and have not caught covid since taking them. I also take Zinc as well. After getting very sick 2 years ago a Dr said as I was WFH and not outside in the sun for at least 2 hours a day that I should be talking Vitamin D. I have not looked back. Also I find my immune system has definitely improved along with keeping my bones strong.

Package arrived in a timely fashion in a small box. Bottles were in pristine condition as were the capsules inside. Now is a great manufacturer and seller of many supplements and I trust in them greatly. The quality of their products i salways top notch! I have been taking these capsules for quite a while now and do not let a day pass without taking 3 at a time, sometimes four. Do remember to take them with food for better absorption! Highly recommended. However, since taking this supplement I was asked by my Doctor to take a blood test for my D3 level and was way over the safe limit, he told me to stop and I do feel so much better. All I would advise is, have a blood test before taking this supplement!!!

after watching joe rogan's podcast with dr rhonda, i learned about this amazing product. not only is the majority of population deficient in vitamin d, they're also deficient in magnesium as well. don't forget to get magnesium product when taking vitamin d3/k2.for decades, i used to wonder why seasonal depression kicks in around fall/winter in canada. but to think about it, thats when i stop going outside, and i'm always cramped up in office, or always layered up in cloths, so not enough contact with sunlight. after taking vitamin d3/k2, my mood has elevated tremendously, and the amount of energy i bring into everyday life has been night and day. highly recommend this supplement if you think you're not getting enough sunlight.
