If you are taking vitamin D3. you should also take vitamin K2 MK7. The reason is that vitamin K2 MK7 will ensure that calcium is deposited in your bones and not your arteries.Six years ago, tests revealed that I had a deficiency in vitamin D and losing bone mass. I was taking 400 units of vitamin D3, which obviously didn't make any difference. I switched to 5000 units of vitamin D3, combined with vitamin K2 MK7. The deficiencies were corrected, and I have been taking supplementation ever since. I don't take calcium as a supplement.

My Vitamin D levels were low and my doctor suggested to start taking vitamin D 5000 IU to cover that deficiency. At first, I didn't know where to start because there are hundreds of options available on the market. As usual, I started my research on iHerb and ended up with five products in my shopping cart. Then, I carefully researched each of the products from my selection. Based on ingredients, dosage, and size, I picked NOW Foods 5000 IU. After taking it for a while, I took another test and my results were showing big improvement. The effect from taking this Vitamin D is providing that it is a quality product that absorbs properly to support my bones, has no taste, supports immune system, and has a pleasant packaging.

Purchased this as the brand I usually buy raised it's price and this one have discount and also has higher dose though I dont the quality yet. vitamin D helps you sleep because it takes part in the regulation of our circadian rhythms. Increasing dosages could be the first step to improving sleep, however Vitamin D may suppress melatonin production. So take it in the day, not before bed.Pls thumb up if this help, thank you!Ordered from Singapore, took 10 days to arrive. Shipped on the same day of purchase and the next day already reached Korea, afterwards it stayed 1 week in Korea ! before finally shipped to Singapore. These 2 vitamins are a must have and the dose here is excellent. One a day is all you need. Vitamin D3 is the best form and 5000 is needed to have a healthy level in your bloodstream. Vitamin K2MK7 helps vitamin D do what it is meant to do with calcium-put it in your bones and teeth. Without it the calcium can end up on plaque in your arteries. It is also credited with anti-aging benefits. My 93 year old mom takes it and her mineral supplements and had a total hip replacement at the age of 92. Her surgeon stated her bones are great for her age. I think this had something to do with it!
