I'm buying this again because of the quality and it is so easy to take compared to other Vit C products I have tried before. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and odorless. It is buffered and not acidic, suitable for a sensitive stomach.Now is a trustworthy and reliable brand. The price is economical, cheaper than Ester-C. The bioflavonoids provide added benefits - antioxidant, anti-Inflammatory, etc.

I've been buying Now Vitamin C w/ rose hips for many years. I know i can trust Now Foods quality and they are always a good price. I take C to give me immunity from colds. Their ingredients are high quality. I like the 500 mg. because I can take one in the morning every day. If i feel that I'm coming down w/ something I can take another one later in the day.The one thing I don't like about the now foods bottles is their pull table opening. For people w/ arthritis it is not an easy to open lid.

Most of this is expelled in urine - a total waste of money. The body can expel Vitamin C. NOT SO with other Vitamins like A, which can build cannot be excreted easily and is stored in body bad. Excess Vitamin A can cause toxicity and awful side effects. This happened to me. I am still suffering daily headaches from toxic levels of Vitamin A in another NOW Foods supplement I had been taking but by GP advised me to stop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND. Have completed the whole bottle. Need to take regularly and consistently. One tablet a day is enough for maintenance. Once you have someone in the same house having flu, runny nose, influenza then only you will notice the difference, somehow you won't get infected so easily despite the close proximity. As yet to replenish my stock Vit C but try using natural way by eating an orange a day. Once a family member had a bad flu, straightaway I got infected. Looks like I need to replenish my Vit C supplement. Prefer this type of Vit C which is suitablefor those with gastric and price wise still affordable for many.
