I purchased these by mistake, thinking they are just d-alpha tocopherol with some mixed tocopherols. But these also have selenium. I have no problem with any of the ingredients but these capsules are larger than the ones I have been using. Unfortunately this size always gets stuck in my throat. If one has no problems swallowing larger capsules, and I'm sure most people don't, this would not be a problem, but for me the size is just to big.

My experience with taking the vitamin E-400 D-Alpha orally was bloating, gas, cramps, flatulence, diarrhea, and blurred vision. I understand that every body is different, but for this body it was of no benefit. I considered using it topically but there isn't any supporting research for the benefit of skin use, on the contrary it could cause contact dermatitis on your skin. Should have done all my research first. Lesson learned.
