I cannot tell yet about the product efficiency, I only used it for 1 week, but the taste is decent if you combine it with something with flavour, I tried it with plain youghurt and apart from the fact that it doesn't blend well, I didn't like the taste. Now I blend it with vegan milk (coconut, cashew, nuts) and it's ok, it blends well and fast. This is the first egg white protein powder I've bought, so I don't have much of a basis for comparison. However, it seems to be good quality, with no additives or unnecessary ingredients. It's unflavored and only has a slight eggy taste. Like many Now products, it's not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, which I appreciate. My only issue with it is that it doesn't always dissolve easily and I have to keep mixing it, which leads to it being fairly frothy. (That's egg whites for you!)
