Many people knows the multiple benefits of collagen. Easy to google it. However I love the quality of this brand. Specially appreciate that it has no taste, or aftertaste. I add a tablespoon to my coffee every day. Easily dissolved.

It has that earthy beefy taste when added to my tea but if you mix it with other stronger taste drink it’s better. The powder dissolves better in a warm or hot drink than cold. I noticed a slight improvement in hair loss after washing or brushing hair
