I could tell within DAYS that this supplement increased my strength. It's recommended for women in perimenopause with a high protein diet as well as other interventions. I will take this supplement forever! I mix in my daily protein shake.

I’ve been looking in stores for flavored creatine powder and it’s a little hard to find, but it’s what I want because I don’t want to add unflavored powder to shakes or juice and I want it to taste decent. It’s just convenient to add it to water and then be good to go. So glad I found this product because it has the perfect serving of creatine with no added stuff that I don’t really need. I do feel like it’s VERY sweet tho. It’s not bad, but after cutting back on sugar and sweet stuff in general, I wasn’t expecting it to be thAT sweet. Might try other flavors. It came sealed with no issues but the scoop was buried beneath the powder and I thought for a bit it came scoopless before realizing that probably just happened through shipping.I’ve been ... MoreI’ve been looking in stores for flavored creatine powder and it’s a little hard to find, but it’s what I want because I don’t want to add unflavored powder to shakes or juice and I want it to taste decent. This unflavored creatine monohydrate has been effective for me, I've seen noticeable results in strength and size in a matter of a few weeks and the price was more reasonable compared to other companies but I found out it can go bad quickly and may have a fishy odor when it does go bad, if any heat source gets to it. I still had about half a container left but it started to smell slightly fishy and the creatine started to clump together which meant that heat or moisture got to it. I had the container away from sunlight but it's very possible that the temperature in my apartment was too hot causing the creatine to go bad within a few weeks. I had bought another container a few weeks after I bought the first container and opened that. It doesn't have any odor to it. ... MoreThis unflavored creatine monohydrate has been effective for me, I've seen noticeable results in strength and size in a matter of a few weeks and the price was more reasonable compared to other companies but I found out it can go bad quickly and may have a fishy odor when it does go bad, if any heat source gets to it. I didn't get sick from taking the creatine that had the odor but after reading about this issue it was best to throw it away, which was aggravating because creatine has become expensive in the past couple years.I emailed the company and they replied with a vague typical corporate BS letter saying how they have stringent quality control with all their products. They completely ignored my question about continuing to use the creatine if it has an odor. I wasn't pleased with their reply but based on what I read about this issue, it was common sense to just throw the remaining creatine away and make sure I keep the new container in a dark cool place, not on the kitchen counter.

I been using creatine monohydrate for a year. it is true that help and give you energy and you have extra help while in the gym and I heard everywhere on internet that help you brain with the cognitive part and a lot more . I thought it was the brand so I bought a more expensive and with better reviews to see if it change but I notice it was the same . So I decided to stop using creatine a moth ago and my short memory is coming back when I study something I can keep the info and that was not happening when using creatine I know is good but be careful and be wise of the used of this product if you see any change like you are forgetting things stop using this . Muscles are nice to have but I prefer no to have a healthy brain . You can replace the used of creatine with lcitruline melate it also give you extra energy and help with recovery. That is what I did.
I can't be sure if it is the creatine, the HMB, or the BCAA (I take all three), but I am sure of this: my muscles recover fast after using these products. I am 66 years old and the muscles just don't recover like they used to. Before using these supplements I was down to four workouts a week. I basically do two different workouts (A = push exercises like bench press, squats, etc. & B = pull exercises like curls, deadlifts, etc.). A on Monday, B on Tuesday, then I repeat A on Thursday and B on Friday. Every workout on Thursday and Friday showed diminished strength (I could not complete the same amount of reps). Now, post supplement, I work out 6 days a week and there is no diminishment in strength. There is also a noticeable gain in lean muscle mass. I'm sold.
Typically I do not take the time to write reviews, but I feel this is a good product that earned my honest feedback.I just recently started using creatine last year around my 41st birthday. I spent a lot time doing my own reading of articles stating the benefits of the supplement for older men, without any ill effects.I first started with flavored brands that weren't too bad, but I would say they were either too intense in their flavor, too expensive per serving, or both. I also had to take them separate from my protein, so my stomach was a bit bloated if I didn't space them out throughout my day (honestly, an easy fix). What I really wanted was something I could take WITH my protein shakes. I found this brand to be exactly what I was looking for. What I really wanted was something I could take WITH my protein shakes. I found this brand to be exactly what I was looking for. It was virtually undetectable in protein shakes, so much so that at times I couldn't remember if I put it in the blender. Eventually I just mixed it with water, and I loved it. I literally put one scoop in a 10oz glass, put in under the faucet, and let the water pressure do the mixing. I drink the first half, add more water to it, and chug the rest. I don't notice any gritty texture, and there is absolutely zero flavor.Overall, I have been very satisfied with this product. I feel it is what it claims to be without breaking the bank.
I wanted to take my weight training to Another level. This product is not necessary for weight training or muscle growth, but to me and at least for me I believe it’s helped me. Before taking the product, I was looking into it for about a year and a half and I seriously started considering it a month before taking it. I haven’t taken any other types of creatine so I can’t compare it with other brands, but I’ve had it since January. And it’s lasted me this long. I am going according to the labeling of the product and I still see results. I am tempted to take more or not taking any breaks from the product, but I have seen results by taking it as it’s intended. The Texture is a bit Grainy at first But you get used to it. I would say that it does taste like nothing. Kind of there is a little taste to it, but I’m sure that’s just how it taste like, it’s not gross. It doesn’t mix very well, but it doesn’t have to. The portions for a day are very small so it’s not like you’re drinking a lot in one day. It seems like you’re not taking anything at all if you’re trying to see results soon. My advice is be patient, do your research And follow the label. Because if you don’t, your body can get used to it and you’ll end up not having any results in the long-term, You’ll end up wasting your money.
I've never taken creatine. I'm 68 and losing muscle and I'm sure, bone.I take collagen and calcium ,and d3 ,k2. I don't know what to expect so I'll just comment on my purchase. From reviews, I read it doesn't dissolve. I have not had any problem with that. I put it in room temperature liguid , in my drink of choice (except coffee) And it mixes in with nothing left behind. And I said not coffee because after extensive reading, it's the only thing I can find it should not be mixed with , or taken with. Good to know since I take a lot of supplements.Next, some people complained about the spoon. If you put in a short spoon you'd have a lot more complaints. Also, I don't keep the spoon in the container because it gets powder on it . I tap all of the powder off, comes off ... MoreI've never taken creatine. I put a desiccant/silica packet in as soon as I made my first glass. I save them from other supplements when I'm done with them. They last forever! And lastly, the jar is not full. Mine was filled all the way up. And there is a lot of powder in there.I can only speak of my experience, but so far...awesome! I've only been taking it about 3 days,so i don't know what to expect. The only thing I've noticed is the one time I took it after 8 pm ,I had a really hard time getting to sleep. Don't know if the creatine was the problem, but I avoid taking it after six. Thanks so much .
If you want to try using creatine, but you don't want to spend a crazy amount, this is the best choice. I tried a lot of different brands of creatine, even some of the most expensive ones, and I can say I am very satisfied with this product. The price and the quality are absolutely great. A common issue when taking creatine is bloating but since I started using this brand I never experienced it again. I usually mix it with my pre-workout or just drink it dissolved in a glass of water. It doesn't have any flavor so it won't make any of your beverages taste awful. One smaller issue is that it doesn't completely dissolve and some of the product often remains on the bottom of the glass or cup, but it is nothing that can't be fixed by adding some more water. Nutricost is a new player in the field (I believe this brand to be a new addition to iherb's products) and it's offering all the standard supplements at a very attractive cost. Sometimes they cut a little on quality but still offer a good quantity/quality ratio. Also, I've noticed that their serving size is often on a high end (which is a good thing : a lot of brands offer smaller dosing to cut down the price). Nutricost offers two type creatine. The CREAPURE version is more expensive but higher quality and thus, I opted for this one. It is still cheaper than the ALLAMAX brand i've been using for years.
