It's a BIG capsule! But the price was affordable. Asked my PCP before buying because of statin I take. Looking for a supplement to help with bone strength and all other needs with aging body.

Quantity and quality are good. I would highly recommend Taurine 1000mg of Nutricost brand. Compare to quantity price is reasonable. Taurine itself very useful amino.

I would say that it is too soon to tell if Taurine will benefit me as I got my order 13 days ago. I saw a few YouTube videos and they were very positive about it. I'm over 55, so I know good nutrition is important and I don't think I'm getting it all from my diet. The product was a good value and the shipping to Thailand only took 4 or 5 days. I'm pleased so far.

This is a good product, I am on my second reorder already!It is a convenient large size so you don't have to reorder too often or deal with too much extra packaging, and the product is a solid taurine supplement :-)
I'm so glad this taurine came out! It comes in capsules, but at the price of a powder. Capsules are more convenient to take. And if I need to add taurine to a drink, I simply open the capsule and pour it out.
I started my husband on taurine a couple of years ago or more. I had him start taking it because he is a diabetic and was having to go to an eye specialist every 3 months. He even had to have a laser procedure done to one of his eyes. I read about taurine being good for diabetic eye problems. Since he has been on it his eyes having gradually been improving and now he is only seeing the eye specialist once every 6 months.
Taurine reduces inflammation, it is antioxidant, protects our heart, prevents hypertension, also protects the liver, and best of al protects our eyes, fights obesity, treats cystic fibrosis and also helps Alzheimer's. It is truly great product. It is new to me but I can already see some result. Thank you.
Won't be needing to purchase this for a while. Plenty of tablets in the bottle and no need to take every day as meat and poultry is in the diet. Take on occasion to keep levels up and the ticker running smoothly. No gluten. No GMO. What's not to like?
Seems fine. Gives me heart palpitations; hopefully with continued supplementation the effect will decrease. I have a mostly plant-based diet, so I don't get much taurine from the foods I eat.
Taurine is what I use along with magnesium to prevent bloating due to strenuous cardio and weight training. If water retention is an issue for you I suggest trying this combination, it immediately took 5.5 lbs off me and keeps it off. I use up to 6 grams a day of taurine and 500 mg of magnesium each day. Both have a relaxing, tranquilizing effect so these are ideal for post workout before bed.
