I've used PB 8 for years, and I can definitely tell a difference with my IBS and other GI issues. I got my. mom on it, and she can tell a difference, too. I store it in a dry, cool place or in the frig. If you leave it in a hot car or it's expired, it won't be effective. The bacteria die, I think. I learned the hard way. I tried a lot of brands before PB 8, but this was the most effective for me and most cost-effective. I love PB 8, and I regularly recommend it to people. <3

I like this a lot! It contains 8 strains of probiotics. Originally, I purchase it for improving my digestive system health. I've been taking it for a week, to be honest, not very obvious improvement yet. Perhaps it takes longer time to alter the gut micro-environment.
