Great for preventing cold sores. But lysine is awesome for helping skin. Taking approx 4 to 5 tablets morning & evening. For skin add 6 tabs evening & morn also. A lot of people dont realise lysine is great for psoriasis as well as EPO is excellent for psoriasis. Google the effective dose of both for skin conditions.
I've found as I've aged my body needs a supplement for Vitamin B12 and this one suits perfectly.
