I bought these for impending and inevitable hangovers. I admittedly haven't gotten to try them out for that just yet, but I did try one of each flavor just to see how they tasted. Honestly they aren't bad! I expected a more medicinal or chalky flavor, but no, these seemed to be tolerable. It's not something I'd ever drink just to enjoy, but the flavor is mild and almost pleasant enough to not make you feel like drinking it is a punishment or a preparation for a punishment. It doesn't feel or taste like medicine, so you don't have to psyche yourself up to drink it or force it down. Hopefully they help me avoid some headaches.

Nuun has changed my life! Im on a medication for a medical condition that has no substitute and can cause severe fluid imbalances and low sodium levels. As a runner, hydration is critical. Nuun allows me to properly hydrate before runs without the anxiety and fear that I might have a hyponatremic episode while running. Nuun also means that I can still have some fluids on days that I do have hyponatremic episodes (after taking salt tablets and giving them time to kick in.). Gone are the days that I had to go 10-12 hours without fluids because of a hyponatremic episode. The fact that nuun only has 1g of sugar is even more of a plus. I absolutely love this stuff! It has seriously changed my life.

I bought these when I was still breastfeeding for the purpose of keeping my milk supply up. It helped me drink more water because it does give enough flavor to it to help keep it interesting, but also supposedly electrolytes do help with milk production. Its hard to know if that actually made a difference or if just drinking enough water was all that mattered, but I didnt ever have to supplement and I breastfed my daughter exclusively for a 11 months. I did break the tablets in half for my 24 oz water cup as I felt the whole tablet was a little too strong tasting, so Id usually use one tablet over 50 oz of water. This also helped be more economical

I teach a lot of hot yoga and have been dealing with some pretty intense dehydration headaches and was looking for an easy solution. All my friends told me about nuun so I decided to go with the energy version first because they had a lower price here on amazon. I have to say...I am hooked! The taste is way better than any other hydration product I have tried. As other reviews have said they do take forever to dissolve but Im patient enough to deal with it. I am caffeine sensitive and the amount from green tea in these does not bother me. Cant wait to try the other flavors!
I like these, my kids like these. We've been using them since summer mostly during soccer tournaments and games. The taste is great and I love the natural ingredients no real sugar (Stevia and monk fruit as sweeteners). I guess they take a little long to dissolve - like 5-7 minutes - but that isn't an issue for me. Never had a problem with them dissolving completely, but I throw them in my kids Hydro Flasks before soccer so they probably do get shaken up. I usually stir them after they dissolve if I am drinking them in a glass. No complaints and everyone seems well hydrated.

tablets are great. I use them pre or post race if a longer race (will use them during race if shorter). taste is good; purpose is met (they hydrate). only downside is time of dissolve - takes about 2-3 minutes.
