OGX Brazilian Keratin Therapy Shampoo 385ml

This is one of the few drugstore shampoos that doesn’t dry out my tightly coiled hair. I don’t use it for straightening purposes, but I really wanted a shampoo that had protein in it since my hair benefits from regular protein treatments. It is a great cleanser while still leaving my hair soft and not stripped and it has a very subtle but pleasant scent. It also lasts me ages.

These are the products that will prolong your keratin blow dry. I’ve had four in the past two years. After treatment, it’s recommended that you only use ‘sulphate (detergent) free’ shampoos and conditioners on your hair so you don't strip keratin from the hair shaft. Don’t be pressurised by the salon into buying their hugely expensive ‘specially formulated’ shampoos and conditioners.I did a lot of research and sulphate free, Organix Brazilian Keratin Therapy Shampoo and Conditioner are the only ones that work for me. They have a strong cocoa butter scent. The conditioner is very thick and absolute murder to get out of the bottle at times. I’m a big hair care girl and I really have this thing where I do not like to buy drugstore shampoo and conditioner. I don’t know why but I can usually tell the difference between drugstore products and high end. Usually they tend to be much greaser or dry my hair out. This is the only product from the drugstore I will actually use on my hair. My hair doesn’t last as long inbetween washes but it doesn’t dry my hair out. It’s smooths it without being greasy! I actually really enjoy these.

I love this stuff! My hair is thick, long, and dry, and tangles so easily. My daughter's hair is very curly, frizzy, and long. This moisturizes our hair with both products. The conditioner reminds me of a thick- lotion, it really coats the parts of our hair where we get knots and tangles and I'm able to better work with my daughter's fragile hair especially as well as mine. Since I shower at night due to my allergies, I blow dry my hair and along with my other heat protectant stuff, this helps keep my hair from getting horribly knotted after drying it. I have tried a lot of products to control my "Hermione Granger" hair and this is the first one that ever worked.Going in, I expected this to have a 10% chance of being sucessful, but wow! This has Exceeds Expectations.First, spend time really massaging the products into your hair, this is key, and the conditioner too, really work it in,I feel like this has really shortened my blow dry time and eliminated the need for the flat iron,Also, some parts of my hair air dried before I could use my blow dryer, and those parts were frizz free waves.Next weekend I am going to try this while air drying.,I loved this product so much I also bought the leave in cream.I finally have smooth silky non frizzy hair, Thank you!Oh, a note on value, it's phenominal. Best shampoo (and conditioner) I have ever used1

OK so finally a shampoo that actually does what it claims it will do! THANK YOU for this product! First, it is not tested on animals - huge plus. But it also does what it claims it will - soften, straighten, and add shine to otherwise frizzy hair.... I have tried everything for years to calm my coarse frizzy hair - from (what seems like) every shampoo, conditioner, and leave in serum on the marked to messy home remedies. So hoping I could still have beautiful shiny hair like the girls in the commercials, I halfheartedly hit the internet to see what new "miracle" products were out there. I bought 3 to try that claim to straighten and tame frizz. I HIGHLY recommend this and you will love your hair instead of living in ponytails all the time!

Smells divine!

I am a bit of a hair junkie so I'm forever trying new products on my hair! I have auburn/golden hair, which is my natural colour (never dyed), which is medium-long, thick and quite prone to frizz/dry ends. Overall, I would say my hair is in very good condition as I have never used colourants on it which has helped keep the natural radiance/moisture/hydration. When I smelt this shampoo in store, I instantly fell in love with the divine scent of luxurious oils and cocoa butter/coconut oil. Smells incredible but leaves a layer

This shampoo (and the conditioner) smells absolutely insane but after a month or so of using it now I think it must be leaving a layer on my hair. I worked it out the day after having my highlights done as my roots were greasy pretty much straight away — post-bleach I can typically do one wash a week. I’m so sad as the scent is probably one of my favourite smells ever and it does leave my hair super soft, but I don’t think it’s actually helping with the condition, just creating a layer over everything. It’s not worth using for me.
