This is the cleanest, purest salt I have tasted. It's harvested in Australia and it's a local company too. I have an Olsson's ceramic jar and the 250g refill is just what I needed.
This is my third refill and I love using this salt in my cooking as seasoning. It adds so much more flavour to foods!!

These beautiful flaky crystals make for a tactile salt experience. This salt is not about disappearing into the dish, but sitting above. Especially beautiful on salads, avocados, eggs and roasted veggies. I’m very dependent on this salt!
