I actually purchased two of these to speed up the daily treatment time. My mistake.I’ve waited 3 months to leave a review so I could be sure of results/lack of results.I have seen no noticeable difference and I find them unpleasant to use.Cons:- proprietary charger. Ugh. Another charger to keep track of- charge only lasts 1-3 treatments. It’s actually better to only have one device because you can squeak out two treatments back to back on a single charge. If you wait a couple days to use again, the charge has drained . So you basically have to charge right before every use. Inconvenient.- they are stiff. Since they are not flexible they don’t conform well to the under eye area.- you have to use their patches in order to use the device. They are difficult to place properly and don’t adhere to the device well. It’s expensive long term and they don’t seem to add anything beneficial to the treatment based on the fact that I have seen no results from the device and patches. They are just an additional layer of frustration with using the device.Omnilux makes a great mask and I feel like I’ve seen minor improvement with the hand mitt - I was only expecting minor improvement so I’m satisfied with that. But, the eye brightener is a total dud. I legit hate it and wish I hadn’t bought two. I’m kind of shocked that they felt this was ready for market. They need to figure out a non-proprietary charger, a way to make them more flexible, extend the charge and either make better eye patches or better yet, figure out how they can be used without them. These just feel like a way to get people to buy their overpriced, ineffective patches.

I was really excited to try this device, but it genuinely feels like a prototype you'd make before ironing out all the issues. I am super confused by the sticky pads. The side that sticks to the device isn't very sticky at all, but the side that touches your skin? Wowee! Pulling it off without damaging the sensitive skin of your under eye is hard work! It says you can leave the pads on your undereye, but you need to pull them off eventually, and it's like pulling off duct tape. Horrible. The device doesn't mould to the shape of my eyes properly, so I have to hold it in place, rendering the sticky pad part of this experience pointless. I think they're definitely on the right track to having a good idea, but it clearly has A LOT of issues. Absolutely not. I'd save your money and wait for the second version of this to come out, or wait for another company to bring out something similar that works better. Disappointing :(

I like this little device for use on my mustache/outer chin areas well as the awful wrinkles under my eyes. My only issue is that it will not complete 4- 10 minute sessions at one sitting. Usually get 3 sessions on a full charge. Also the stick on film is kinda pricey. Other than that it is a pretty cool device. I use this on days that I don't use my mask. Great for travel.

After receiving several in-office Omnilux treatments I decided to try it at home and target my under eye area (because the eye protection they use at my derm's hides that area and the skin is so thin). I'm happy with the results I've had in the 3 weeks I've had it (more hydrated, elastic skin with improved fine lines despite the outside cold and indoor dry air) and the shape allows me to place it in on my deep hormonal acne scars around my mouth as well. I've had some eczematic areas on my face for months and nothing would budge them but they're gone now, never to return. I've even tried it on a bad scrape on my arm -- the results on the bruising were immediate, let's see what it does to the scarring as well. However, the patches just suck, sorry! I've even tried it on a bad scrape on my arm -- the results on the bruising were immediate, let's see what it does to the scarring as well. However, the patches just suck, sorry! Not only are they extremely expensive because you need one for each eye, meaning the complimentary ones would last for barely two weeks; they dry out immediately and are painful to remove. They're nothing like other hydrogel patches I've ever tried... It feels like taking off a stubborn plaster and stretches out the skin, which is not something you would ever want to do to the thin, soft skin beneath your eyes... I'm fine with just holding it in place, though, and will likely purchase the full size mask once another sale comes around. Oh and another thing: it holds charge for three 10 minute sessions, meaning you have to charge it after every day of use unless you're fine just doing half your face and then waiting about 20 minutes for it to charge.
It’s a great product. It fits any makeup bag and recharges with a USB cord in under 10 minutes. I would recommend it to people who are thinking about buying the full mask to test their light sensitivity and to those who are comfortable using light products to use when they travel. Ironically, I am using the “eye brighterner” on the lower part of my face. I didn’t know how sensitive I was until I tried it (eye pain and headache even when I covered the mask) . As a personal preference, I don’t like dependency on something else to be able to use a product that I bought and would have preferred to either to use it without a patch or to buy a permanent patch .
After a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed that my under-eye bags and discoloration had greatly improved. My husband who was skeptical even pointed out that he noticed my skin was glowing! Unfortunately, my dog ate it (no I'm not kidding) and I did not buy the protection...so learn from me and buy the protection!!! I did purchase the full size mask instead of another eye brightener because of how much I felt this improved the overall look of my skin. If you are not sure if you want to splurge on the mask, this is a great product to test it out with!
I have seen major enhancement in the my under eye texture and wrinkles. I’m 42, and now my under eyes after 6 months of using both the face LeD and the eye brightener , look much younger. However, the battery on the eye brightener is a bit finicky. One of my two under eye brighteners stopped charging just around 4 months after purchase, Omnilux replaced it thanks to the warrant. But now I’m worried if the other one defaults after warranty then it’s gone :(
I have been using the Eye Brightener for about 10 days now. I’m not really sure if I see any changes yet. I also use the full face mask daily ( for the last 3 weeks). I am not sure if there is a benefit in using both? The one thing I don’t like about the eye brightener is the fact that the charge only lasts for 3 uses. So I can do both eyes the one day and then the next time I use it I can only do the one eye because it needs to be charged. The instructions say not to charge it until the battery is fully depleted. I wish it would at least last for 4 uses so I can do each eye twice before charging.
I’ve been using the Eye Brightener every night, sometimes 3 times in a row to help with a dark sun spot I got on vacation in Hawaii a few years ago. The spot is right under my right eye so I’ve been exclusively using this on the one side. I have noticed it is fading but you have to stick with it. It doesn’t happen over night- be diligent and you will see gradual progress. Suggest taking photos before to compare your progress! I wish the Hydrocolloid Patches could be used more than once. Using it everyday with 14 patches in the starter kit is tough… worth getting the subscription refill in future. Can use 3 times before needing to charge again.
I love love my mask. People have noticed something about my skin. They say it glows. I’m 64! So I bought the eye mask but I can’t stand the pads. They tug and hurt my skin when I remove them after use! UGG! I am planning on buying the neck mask though. I wish I hadn’t wasted a third of the price of the neck mask on the silly eye pads!
