I've transitioned from long-distance running and training to walking. The On CloudFlow 4 provides cushion and support for heel striking. It has a slight roll to the toe box but it works.

The shoe feels heavier and unbalanced as you propel forward. My feet feel like they are on an unstable rocking chair. The increased heel to toe drop is too much. The sole is to firm. I am very disappointed in the upgrades, so much so that I will be looking for a new shoe line for running.

Shoes looked amazing, fit not so good. Advertised as a wide fit- definitely was not. Returned.
For the price and the hype, I expected more. I almost exclusively use for walking and work (so not super high mileage but I am on my feet a lot). They get dirty so easily even with normal wear. It's been 4 months and the toe is starting to peel off on one.
The On Cloudflow has been my go-to everyday trainers for a few years now. This new version came just in time as my previous pair has worn down.The slight cushion added in the sole provides the extra support that I'm looking for. I wish there were more colours available.
I have been running in cloudflows for several years and usually when they update a shoe, they ruin it. But this is the exception. The cushioning is perfect and these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve run in.
Got these shoes for my daughter for her to wear while at her job as a nurse at our local medical center. She really likes the look and the comfort of them.
Was looking for a light travel shoe. These will work great as a minimalist looking comfort shoe, they do fit narrower than my previous ON shoes so I had to size up.
The rocket outsole really propels you forward. It's somewhat firm, which gives rebound instead of the "sinking in" feeling. I wear them for speedwork and they are very comfy and fast.
