Really tasty, gravy yummy, so easy to heat up when short for time. I buy these when i dont feel like cooking for Hubby. He loves them well done.

On The Menu is one of the best frozen TV dinner range, and "Lamb Shank" / "Slow Cooked Lamb" is a lovely, soft, tasty home cooked meal with gravy, mashed potato & veggies. One of my top 2 favourite meals in the On The Menu range.

Meat is tasty and tender. mashed potato good also. Veges are boring old carrots and peas. But I suppose most other vegetables don’t freeze well. All in all good value and good taste.

A good tasty meal for when time is short and you don't want to cook or wash dishes. It has a nice combination of tender meat protein and vegetables. I sometimes add extra vegetables.

There isnt that much in the way of meat. The potato is a bit gluey. It will do in a pinch for a quick meal when you dont have a lot of time, but it wouldnt be my first choice

Surprisingly delicious for a fair priced frozen meal. The smell and look is of a home cooked meal, your taste buds tingle just at the smell. Tastes beautiful, nothing is mushy or soggy and from reading the packet highly nutritious

The veggies were nice enough, but the meat appeared to consist mainly of low grade, fatty offcuts. I bought four of these meals and they were all the same. In all, it was edible and mostly tasty, but other brands have better quality meat. I guess this is reflected in the individual meal price.

Delicious! Especially the mash, which nearly turned me off the purchase. Normally mash is stale and bland, but this one was creamy and tasty- just add some butter and salt for an extra boost.

The plate of food pictured is inviting and appears ample, but that is not what you see on the plate you remove from the box. The amount of, or lack of, "slow cooked lamb" in particular. When you consider the amount of meat, and the fake potato one has to wonder where the value for money is.

A hearty comfort meal. Great flavour & generous serving. My favourite frozen dinner ever!
