I can't tell if it's just me specifically, or if there's a way to make it work that I hadn't figured out.

I received this beauty as a gift and I just love it. I’ve been waiting excitedly for this to launch so I can get it and here it is! First off, It comes in a glass bottle with a plastic pump so the packaging is really nice. The little boba complex granules in there add to the esthetics. It’s not too glory but not too thick, so the consistency is great. I use this one minute before applying my foundation until it completely dries. It leaves a beautiful subtle hydrating glow to my skin. I’ve noticed that it kind of grips my foundation well too so win win! Would totally recommend!

I had the privilege of trying out the Secure the Glow Tacky Hydrating Primer with BOBA Complex from One Size Beauty these past few days and this is what I think about it. Hydration and tackiness is here to stay. I have been using it for my makeup not so makeup days and my full face glams. I am equally as satisfied. I love the pearls and the formula. It is not thick and it glides on the skin beautifully. The results are gorgeous and leaves your base looking flawless. It has not scent which I appreciate. I am looking forward to repurchasing this product!

I enjoyed this product a lot! I used this primer on top of my moisturizer and it worked amazing for me. The primer took a little while to rub into my skin, however after it dried down a little, it was nice and tacky and made my makeup more feet. I think it’s more on the liquify side for a primer and I didn’t really get that hydrating affect, but it was nice and lightweight on my skin. I normally use concealers and blush on my face, not foundation and it helped keep the blush on for a longer period. I feel like after setting my concealers I got a more airbrushed oil overall than without the primer. This is an amazing primer to me, but at the same time, my makeup wears for around 5 hours which is a little less than others i’ve tried.
I have dry combination skin so I tend to need hydration especially in the winter under my foundation. My skin can get dry and lead to cakey makeup and creases. One/Size Secure The Glow Tacky Hydrating Primer does a really great job of hydrating without being greasy. My face looks smooth and glowy after the primer was applied. The dry down is a tacky finish. I do use a setting spray after applying my makeup. But it didn’t last all day and it was kept in place. My blush is usually the first thing to disappear when I don’t prep well or use setting spray but it could be seen after the day was over.
This primer is perfect for my combo skin! I get dry cheeks and often have foundation settling into my fine lines. Because of the hydration I don’t have that issue now. It contains hyaluronic acid, which is one of my favorite ingredients. I’ve tried this primer with both a liquid and a cream stick foundation and it worked well with both. I love the packaging. It’s gorgeous sitting on my vanity. While I didn’t find it the hydration to last 24h, I do think it lasted longer than most primers so I was pleased. It also gives me a little glow which is needed on my skin especially in the winter.

I really loved this! First impression out of the box was that it was just really cool looking. The first couple times I used this product, I wore it alone without makeup. I did feel like it gave me skin an instant glowy appearance. I liked the consistency—not oily and not sticky—and hydrating! Honestly, I was definitely expecting a different texture completely with the word “tacky” in the product name—but this went on very smooth. Equally as impressed when I combined with my normal makeup products. My makeup stayed out and this did not cause my makeup to pill or do anything weird. Also love that it’s unscented. Will definitely keep this one in my rotation.
First of all… HOW CUTE is the packaging?!? boba?? adorable! I’ve tried a couple of primers even though i’m not one to always apply one, but i genuinely enjoyed trying this out. the ingredients is wonderful, including some that brightens your skin, keeps it moisturized, and even protects your skin from environmental stressors! And the look it gives my skin… i’m obsessed! I love makeup looks that give dewy/natural, and this one was perfect for it! it kept my skin hydrated, and it made is SO easy to apply my makeup on. sooo smooth! I feel like it also made my makeup last longer as well so that’s just another plus. absolute 10/10!
