Open Farm Grain-Free Salmon Recipe Dog Food, 2kg | Dogs

First, I avoid grain-free due to the potential heart complications associated with a diet high in legumes. But, my dog (German Shepherd) has multiple food allergies and this is literally the only food that doesn’t give him ear infections or dermatitis. We’ve tried so many foods! He is allergic to beef and chicken and it is so hard to find a food that doesn’t have either (he even has a reaction to chicken or beef fat). The only downside is the price, but it’s still cheaper than constant ear drops for infections. Also, he loves the taste!

Started feeding open farm about 6 months ago part of my dogs rotational diet and it quick became the foundations of my feeding plan for the dogs. Lots of protein choices with a great ingredients. I like feeding a fish based recipe for the extra omegas as my girl is treating older and this is definitely her favorite out of the options. Rehydrates great and Great value

3 very healthy, happy furbabies

My dogs are healthier than they have ever been. My two senior girls are both 13 one pitbull service dog and one chihuahua the boss. Then there’s my pitbull service dog in training. When I got him his skin was constantly flakey every time I gave him scratches & the dander made me breakout in hives. No more!! The vet wanted him on fish oil but no need he’s skin has cleared up beautifully. All three have the softest fur & no more paws being licked either. The changes have been noticed and I know for fact it is all in Open Farms food.The cat is next!Thank you from very happy momma

Hi, I have a 4 year old miniture dachshund that I adopted 3 days ago. I also have a 13 year old miniture chihuahua that I've had since he was 6 weeks old. I purchased a bag of Open Farm Wild Salmon without grains 2 days ago to start feeding the new pup a better, healthier food. She loves it by the way. I'm absolutely shocked because my fussy eater chihuahua who has been on Fresh Pet for about a year wanted to try the Open Farm. Keep in mind, he had his teeth removed 2 years ago. The dry kibble is so small and tiny that he just gobbled it up. I have had to hand feed this little boy by hand to get him to eat for 2 years! Nope, just ate every bite out of a bowl. I'm sold! Finally something my dog will eat.

I have the fussiest dog on the planet. She refused any store bought food, and lived mostly on chicken, peas, sweet potato and chick peas. Because they were the ONLY foods we found she liked. She also won't eat off a plate... so when I jumped on petcircle to purchase an eating mat, I saw this dry food. Being the eternal optimist, I thought I'd try feeding it to her. SUCCESS. We put this out every day, and she prefers it to chicken breast. No digestive issues and it's been a couple of weeks now. I am now a forever customer. Thank youuuu open farm.

Food allergies finally solved❤️

Our puppy has struggled with food allergies from the beginning. She's allergic to grains, chicken, and beef. It seemed we had tried every specialty dog food that was made. She was still getting sick and so thin. We fed her salmon alone, then added pumpkin in. That was very expensive, and hard to determine how much was enough. She was always hungry! She wasn’t sick, though. We finally found Open Farms Wild Caught Salmon grain-free, a food she loves, and she's not ill! Amazing! She's eating, playing, and working like a champ. The Vet gave her a perfect bill of health. We couldn't be happier! We have one happy labrador; thank you!

I purchased the salmon dry

I purchased the salmon dry kibble grain free, salmon stew wet, beef stew wet and white fish wet. My dogs absolutely loved almost all of there food. They didn’t like the white fish wet food. I bought a case of it after two boxes I had to give it away to a neighbor who couldn’t afford to buy dog food. Which her puppy loves it. It went to someone in need and her new puppy loved the food. It was a win win. I just placed a order for 2 bags of dry, 2 cases of beef and 2 cases of salmon, Open Farms makes a really good product.FYI one of my dogs is allergic to all poultry and eggs. They don’t add any egg to there food which was great. A lot of the other companies add egg or some type of poultry to there food . I know there food is wholesome and fresh . My dog used to get

My dog used to get infections in her paws from food reactions. Since switching to open farm over a year ago she hasn’t got a single infection. The quality is amazing human grade ingredients. Open farm goes the extra mile to be environmentally conscious by recycling the bags through Tera cycle ! I’ve recommended this dog food to all my other dog loving friends. My pup has the shiniest coat from the wild caught salmon recipe ! It’s her favourite meal.

After finding out that my poor little mini schnauzer had food allergies, I had to search far and wide to find a dog food that didn't contain any chicken. You would be amazed by how pervasive chicken is in dog foods! So after a looonnnngggg search, I was relieved to find a *dry* dog food option (because, let's be honest, who has freezer/fridge space for fresh dog food?) that was free of chicken/chicken meal/chicken byproduct that also wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. My mini schnauzer seems to have somewhat picky tastebuds, so she has lost some interest in the salmon recipe (it does smell like fish food flakes, haha), but she at least seems to be happy to not have a food that leaves her feeling itchy and lethargic all day. Wow! What a difference.

I have a Lab puppy who has a very sensitive stomach and a chicken protein intolerance. We suffered through three food changes, a prescription diet, and lots of stomach upset in her first 5 weeks home. She had such a severe reaction to one food the vet recommended that she lost half the hair on her body. It was so sad to watch Zuri be sick all the time.
