The handle of the Atelier collection is the result of the creativity and know-how of our cabinetmakers and combines walnut and ebony. This novelty is in line with Opinel's approach to use as much European wood as possible and to optimize wood consumption by reinterpreting the scraps from the manufacture of handles. The Tradition N°08 Atelier knives have a handle made of walnut from French forests with a heel made of African ebony, these two species are separated by a maple leaf. Each handle is bufflé by hand. The blades are modified stainless steel, finition ground-polished.This product cannot be sold to any person under the age of 18.
