I did quite a bit of research into which is the best probiotic / prebiotic for cost and this rated quite high. Having taken it for 3 weeks now, I can definitely feel a bit of a change in my overall health and def less 'gassy'! I'm not 100% sure if this gets to your gut as there was limited info on this which is what I wanted, hence why only 4 stars. My husband has now started taking them too and he has IBS - he has noticed a difference in his stools in just a week! FYI much better price on Amazon and free delivery with prime

This is more about the customer service. I received an email whilst on holiday to say that my next subscription was on it's way. I had no way to delay the item and I was not told when it had been delivered. As a result the package was left outside for 5 days. The box was wet and considering these items are temperature sensitive were not stored as they should have been during that time. Customer services brushed this all off and just said that the package could not be tracked once it left them. I have many other subscription items, all can be delayed with an email being sent prior to the item being sent and once sent it is possible to change the delivery date or address. I originally bought these to help settle an irritable bowel. I Did not notice a difference with that, however I suffer acid reflux. Which makes my life hell. So many foods and drinks set it off. But after taking optibac for a couple of weeks. It is considerably less troublesom.

I have taken Every Day for the last 8 years and will probably keep on taking it for the next 8 years and more. I was advised to take a probiotic after taking numerous rounds of antibiotics to help replenish my gut bacteria. It has alleviated any stomach bloating which I suffered with for a long time prior to taking. My energy levels improved very quickly once I started raking it. It’s a life changer. And the convenience of not having to store in the fridge counts for a lot.

So I started on these about two months ago now and I honestly can’t see I’ve noticed any difference. My IBS is still playing up. In fact I feel like it has got worse since I’ve been taking these.I’ve been keeping away from trigger foods and everything but nothing.

I wouldn't be without Optibac after years and years struggling with IBS and various drugs, potions and lotions. I can at last spend time away without worrying and can travel abroad knowing I will be okay, although I am going to try the 'travel' tablets. I am about to order a regular delivery with the confidence that I will use them.

Tried on a whim, looking for something to boost my health after having an extra stressful few months. These pills work better than I ever thought they would. As a Mum of three I have a lot of loose skin in the tummy area, so eating anything “naughty“, even just bread and pasta, meant the bloating was very visible. From day one this supplement has calmed everything down. Now I have a flat-ish tummy most of the time and much more food tolerance. Amazing!
