After two courses of Every Day I can eat anything and be sure my gut will deal with it. I am 76 years old and had started to find digesting cheese and eggs difficult. Now I am amazed at the difference. I eat a high fibre diet which does take a little adjusting to, but Every day has smoothed out any previous problems. I am taking a break from it at the moment to assess how my new gut bacteria will cope. It is well worth a try.

I have used other competitor brands but I did not experience the same results as with Optibac. I started taking Bifido alongside Everyday Max capsules, as my type of IBS gives me a mix of symptoms, so I can’t comment on which supplement is the most effective for me but I would imagine they are working in combination. I was concerned that the Bifido may make my bloating worse due to the FOS fibres but it did not and I no longer experience bloating. I do not have to use any other medication on a daily basis now I am taking Optibac, which is incredible. I was advised by both a microbiologist consultant and my GP to take a probiotic to aid my digestive recovery following hospitalisation due to a serious illness caused by two gut bacterial infections picked up while I was in Africa. I have used Optibac in the past and so ordered from them again. The Optibac probiotics seem to be having a positive effect and I am now well on the way to recovery and a more normal gut. I will be continuing to take Optibac probiotics for some time.

Some days it flares up massively but not so often these days , now I’ve been taking these products. Can't believe what these have done for me. A few months back I started to pass wind very frequently,and then they started to smell so rancid,I have also always suffered with bad bloating, I knew there was something really wrong. I cut out drinking normal milk and have either oat,soy or lactose free milk! I have been taking optibac a few weeks and I haven't had any unusual passing of wind or bad smells! I highly recommend! I will be continuing taking these!
Not cheap but cheaper than a lot of the other probiotics that are proven to get to the bowel alive.Decided to use these as I have had to take 4 courses pf antibiotics p er the year as well as sigfering two bouts of gastroenteritis in that time - clearly my gut bacteria was not in the best shape.After another I feel more well in myself and craving more fruit and vegetables which "good bacteria" thrive on and crave.Obviously it is hard to know if this is all due to the probiotics alone, more likely in combination but I definitely would recommend this product.If you are on the fence I would suggest you dive in and give it a try for a month and see how you feel!

This time I ordered just a one-month supply and put them in the fridge rather than the cupboard once I'd opened the jar. A few days ago, I decided to experiment by opening a capsule and halving the dose as wondered if I was taking too much due to feeling fatigued and having had loose stools for a while. Well, the experiment didn't work, as I'm mildly lactose intolerant (have goat's milk rather than cow's milk) and found my acid reflux, bloating, and allergic rhinitis returned with avengeance. I have just started retaking this product after maybe a year ago and this time I was given instructions on how to take them. I did a consultation via phone and it was the best thing I did. So far I'm feeling much better and visiting the toilet regularly. My premenopausal symptoms are less than before. I do take this along with another of their daily products every day extra. My stomach is getting better each day and I thank God.
