Headaches.

After a few weeks of taking this I developed headaches. I thought it was the amount so I stopped and started back after headaches went away, using a pill every three days and in a few weeks headaches returned. I talked to doctor and she said it was probably just my body reacting to the BCAA and not anything with the product she'd aid so people just can't use BCAA. But I did notice the good effects of the product. I am not saying anything bad about brand or company it is just my body chemistry that didn't like the product.
