I bought this cause it was a cheaper alternative to optifast but taste wise it was so much more bland and no where as good as optifast coffee shake . Also it contains less protein than optifast so not as filling .Overall it’s a good enough shake but if you’ve tried optifast then you will not like this one.

I bought the chocolate flavour shakes and hated the taste. Very powdery to me and didn’t even look or taste like chocolate. They definitely work, I’ve lost 3kgs in a week.Thought I would try the coffee flavour instead of chocolate. They are lovely and actually taste like coffee unlike the chocolate flavour.The honeycomb flavour in the optislim life range is delicious, but far too sweet for me. I will stick with the coffee! Happy with the progress so far!! :)

I'm looking around for a coffee/espresso flavor.Tried The Man Shake too.They don't taste anything like it, get the choc or vanilla and have a real coffee/espresso instead.Not trying to imply that they are disgusting, but the taste is closer to Weetbix than anything.If you have any suggestions, please let me know.I'm not hating, these brands do fantastic shakes.However these flavors are difficult to produce, I guess.
Doesn’t taste like Espresso at all, in fact it takes some getting used to but pinching my nose helps. It does the job though, keeping me satiated at meal times and reduces my cravings.
If you are on a budget and need Meal Replacements Optislim is the next best thing from Optifast. Tastes fairly good, filling and I helps with craving. In 4Wks I have lost 16 kilos I strongly recommend this product there are a good variety of flavours also such as Chocolate, Vanilla and strawberry. So give it a try good luck.
I bought 3 boxes just before Christmas so I was ready for the new year. I love the flavour, however, I should have mixed up the flavours. I got sick of the same taste everyday. I did pop in and buy and flavour and solved this problem. The texture mixes really well and it's not grainy. I find it fills me well.
Not a fan of this product compared to similar competitor’s product. Didn’t like texture nor taste and felt hungry not long after.
At first I couldn't get used To the texture. Now I am, I don't like many other shakes. I use cold water from the fridge. I find in summer, I add 3ice cubes and mix in the bullet. I let it sit a minute for it to thicken like a milkshake. I love the taste, texture, flavour and feel full until my next meal is due. Highly recommend this product for weight loss.
Ok so the overall diet seems to be working, only been having one a day, HOWEVER the expresso one is horrible, I’ve gotta have it with milk just to be able to stomach it. It’s gross. On the other hand the chocolate is nice, and I’ve just purchased the banana, strawberry and caramel so fingers crossed they are MUCH better tasting, seems to be good reviews on the caramel and banana one at least (thank god...time will tell). Easy purchase online and delivery (as our closest chemist warehouse is 2hours away)
