Oral B Glide Pro-Health Threader Floss - 30 count

They make two versions of this, and I like the waxed one. They are in little individual packets that you can use to thread into your permanent retainer. It’s kind of hard to find it in store, but this is the best one. It doesn’t get stuck, and has premolded tips to get in those hard to reach places.

Excellent

The packaging, the quality and the size were impressive. The flavor is also pleasant. My teeth are very sensitive, so I chose this product. The upside was that I cleaned my teeth and was gentle on flossing. I use it every day. It works well and the composition good even at my age.

Excellent Threader Floss

Typical threader floss that I've been using for 6 mos with a permanent dental bridge. It is extremely consistent. Tear the paper envelope in half, pull out the threader, and the floss is wound at the bottom. It straightens easily, and has *never* knotted or failed to straighten. It is a thin floss, as needed for the threader application, and is, in my opinion, perfect for its intended use, but not proper for general flossing.

Great for Braces

I have braces & these are the only glossers I use. They work so well. There is another brand that is awful it’s the Oral B super floss they’re so thick and they HURT but these are so much better than them. They were out of stock all over for a while so that sucked but they’re in stores and online now so I’m happy.

Great for braces but...

This threader floss is great for flossing with braces. However, it’s not long enough to floss my entire mouth with one piece. And it’s too expensive to use more than one piece per day. I end up flossing my top teeth with regular floss because I can thread it between my braces wire relatively easily, and then I use this threader floss for my bottom teeth.

Love my Glide

Best floss ever for bridges! I’m not an older person however my teeth are bad and I have tried everything from pickers to threader’s and this product is so far ahead of anything else out there (other than water pics or water flossers ). It’s NOT cheap. Yes, you are going to pay more, yet there are coupons and special discounts to help with the price. In other words, if you find yourself struggling with regular flossing for whatever reason- braces, dental work, etc, and find nothing seems to be getting the job done- try Glide. I purchased the oral-b threaders to floss my teeth and implants. this is one of the best tool for the job and best decision. This product excel in solving cleaning problems with implants. I am a satisfied customer. thank you for oral-b threaders.

Unfortunate Experience

I have used the Glide Pro Health Floss Threaders for years and love the product! Unfortunately the package arrived with water inside the bag. Every one of the 5 boxes I ordered was wet and the 30 floss packs in each box were soaked throughout. The package came from Texas, so it was probably in the recent flood waters. I feared contamination and risk to my dental hygiene. I had to return the items to my local Walmart. When I tried to reorder the product, it was unavailable.

good! could be improved

I find these very convenient and help me to more frequently clean under bridge work. I can slip one in a purse or pocket and it's so handy. Yes there is sometimes a small bend at the tip but just leave it bent and use as normal, NO PROBLEM. I would like a thinner floss though in order to better floss the rest of my natural teeth. I prefer a fine floss for getting the best job near the roots in order to prevent any deep pockets. Since I have some "4's" I'm doing my best at healing. Thick floss gives me less sensitivity to getting a good, close, deeper flossing. It is wasteful to have this and also need another floss product, and these aren't cheap. grade: B+
