Oribe - Serene Scalp Thickening Treatment Spray

I currently do not suffer from thinning hair but did loose a lot of hair on my sides, towards the front, when I had my daughter almost 9 years ago.I’ve been using the Oribe Serene Scalp Thickening Treatment Spray for about four weeks now. The pink packaging is gorgeous and the embossed Oribe logo on top of the cap is stunning!The instructions say to use the spray on freshly washed, damp hair but I’ve also used it on dry, second day hair without any issues. I enjoy the light minty scent and how refreshing the treatment spray feels on my scalp. The mist is super fine and applies evenly to my hair/ scalp. Great product for thinning hair! My daughter is 17 months old. The first 2 trimesters of pregnancy were horrible for my hair. I started losing so much but the third trimester it was getting better. I should state that naturally, I have super thick curly hair. Once I gave birth, it went downhill again. My hair dresser didn't want to touch my hair. I just kept losing hair. I don’t have thin hair normally but after giving birth to my daughter I lost a ton of hair once all the pregnancy hormone were out of my body. Not enough to be described as thin but definitely lacking volume and thinner then it had been before. Also extremely dull. This product promises to leave hair feeling thicker, fuller and healthier. So I had high hopes that this would bring life back in to my hair. After the first use I noticed how much more volume my hair had. Even my husband noticed how much better my hair looked. The bottle it comes in is real nice! I absolutely love the pink and how quality the bottle feels. It takes a little effort to get the lid off which is a good thing as you don’t have to worry about it popping off in a bag and spilling. The smell is quite minty which threw me off a little just because I’m not the biggest fan of mint. It doesn’t stink and isn’t over powering i would just prefer it to be a different fragrance. It does do it’s job though and that’s what matters most to me! It really has my hair looking and feeling much thicker when I use it! I think it’s a great quality product and I think the price for what you get is an absolute steal. I definitely recommend this product!

Helped kick start some baby hair growth

I wasn't expecting much, but after about 5 months of using this product, I've actually seen noticable baby hair growth around the front of my scalp (where I've been concetrating the product). So much so, that I feel like I now have wispy bangs haha. Of course, who knows if this is *due* to the product or just a healthier hair growth cycle, but I do feel like my scalp has been calmer, and I get volume from this. I have baby fine, thin, damaged, bleached hair that's shoulder length. Gets flat and greasy, but also dry at the ends easily. I usually spray this in after the shower and sleep on braids to let my hair air dry overnight. This seems like it creates good volume, doesn't cause greasiness. And, I do think it's helped kick-start some hair growth. It's... Weird

First of all let me say that I Love Oribe products. I have used many of their products that work fantastic and smell delicious. When I received this product I was over the moon. One of my favorite brands! Beautifully packaged in a pink spray bottle! I couldn't wait to try this. So after washing my hair I proceeded to start spraying from this lovely bottle directly onto my scalp. It smells amazing! Minty eucalyptus, refreshing! However, within seconds of spraying it just started dripping and running down my face. So I proceeded to spray more, making sure I was getting it on my scalp. The more I sprayed, the more it dripped and ran down my fave and neck. OK well maybe that's how it goes. So then I noticed that it made my wet hair very unmanageable. I have been using this for mostly about 2 years even before sephora started carrying the oribe brand. Whenever I took breaks from it, I realized just how much it was helping. I started using it because I was bleaching my hair and it kept breaking at the root when the stylist pulled the foils out. Since I couldn’t see at the bowl, I didn’t realize that my hairline was thinner (from hair breaking at the root due to bleach). This product had helped me to grow way healthier hair over the two years. It is heavier and shinier when using it, and my scalp is more balanced. I’ll probably keep using this for a long time kind of like skincare for the scalp, as I do notice my hair is at its absolute best on this product.
