I love this product. It's tasty and gloopy so fun to take. It has good ingredients and I feel it has made a difference to me. I will be purchasing more soon.

Absolutely love this! After suffering from tiredness and no energy due to covid, I ordered multiple products hoping something will help. I have to say literally within 2 days of taking this I felt amazing. I was pretty shocked. I continued using it and 2 weeks later I’m back to my pre covid energy and jumping with joy. I also feel it has helped with my joint pain which has eased, another after effect from covid. It also tasted nice and is so much easier to take in liquid form. I rarely leave a review but I am telling everyone about this magic liquid. I will definitely be stocking up on it.

An expensive way to get this supplement

There are some real positive things about this product - safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, safe for children, not tested on animals, easier if you can't take tablets. But if you can manage tablets, I recommend you do that instead. The texture of this stuff is so weird- thick like custard. I struggled to pour it into a teaspoon without it flopping off the other side - one desert spoon was easier. Also if you follow the recommend adult dosage this is only ten days supply - 38p per day. With the original tablets (not available at Ocado) it is less than half that. But if cost isn't a concern then this might be worth a try. Taste is quite a synthetic orange but not unpleasant.

I don't eat much diary, and I bought this to supplement.Noticed a massive improvement in the strength of my nails, they are shiny too and in much better condition. Usually this would only happen when I got a lot of sunlight in the summer, then in the winter they would grow a certain length and start to break. Not anymore! I feel it has improved my sleep and certainly my mood.

Expired

I ordered the products on January 27 and the owner send me the products are all almost expired! If the owner can check the time is perfect! (Must double check)Even though I can get the refund, but who will except to do it and waste time! Sooooooooo disappointed!

Good way to help to get strong bones

I'm a big fan of taking supplements and have been doing so for nearly 18 years now, but not a fan of taking tablets. As I'm getting older and due to go through the 'change' having extra calcium is going to be important. This liquid is very sweet in taste so will take getting used to and it's a thick white liquid too which some might find weird. I take a spoonful in the morning and evening and don't have to worry about swallowing tablets. I can't say if my bones are stronger, but I do feel better and my nails are strong, so it must be doing some good.

Bought this recently for bone health. Tastes quite nice. Not too sweet. Take twice a day. Have already got Osteocare effervescent tablets which I'm not too keen on. Find the liquid much nicer to take. Quick delivery and good price in the sale.

Too sweet and thick

I prefer the tablets which weren't available. The liquid is too sweet for me. It's difficult to measure an exact teaspoon, so rather wasteful. I hope the tablets will be available when I reorder.

Very effective

This has most certainly helped slow if not stop the loss in bone density that was detected in me some years ago. Oesteocare was recommended by my GP and he was right. My bone density has remained constant ever since. The liquid formula is very sweet and takes a while to get used to. You can buy the formula as capsules but I am never sure they are as effective.
