I’ve already recently reviewed this product as I order it on a regular basis & can’t add or subtract anything from it! So have just copied & pasted it herewith!I’ve taken this product for more years than I can remember - I’m 76 now - and can rate it as an essential supplement to take & I’m sure that having taken it regularly for so many years, it has played a key part in keeping me supple & mobile and not on any prescription medication. I also think this a superior brand and am very happy that I can continue to get it online from Vitabiotics! I’m also now getting it for my daughter who is in her 50’s - a hitherto reluctant supplement-taker, but think she’s now on the verge of conversion, hurrah!

I have osteoporosis so these products make it easy for me to get my recommended dosage per day. I can easily flex the dose to suit with either having one or two tablets. I have also cut tablets in half so that one and a half tablets gives me half of my recommended amount of 1200 mg. some of the information is misleading on the guidance. I think it suggests that 800 mg is the recommended dosage. This would only be for young men weighing over 9 stone, according to the nhs huidance.

Use with diaphragm. I’ve had a hard time finding this lately- or any of of its similar rebranding— with the ingredients that I’m more comfortable with. There aren’t a lot of choices out there for us who don’t want a permanent change, don’t react well to hormones, and don’t like the male options.

I am using these for more then 3 years. Wake up every day fresh, before using these, I felt always tierd and bones problems.I’m so glad I got these, they keep me fit and healthy with daily routine. Thanks oestocare
I never have any problem swallowing pills, even ones bigger than these, and even several at a time...but these! Ugh! For some reason they always catch on my tongue or the back of my throat and I have to attempt a few swallows before they go down, which only gets harder as after contact with water the surface immediately becomes rougher and more porous. It's got to the point that I dread taking these, which again makes it more difficult. The only reason I bought them was because Boots were out of stock of their own brand version, save yourself the unpleasantness and get Boots own brand stuff. Vitabiotics, give them a better coating!
7 years everyday I am taking Vitamin D 3 tablets because doctor recommended me, and the tablet helping me. Osteocare It’s a good manufacturer, bit expensive but good quality. I prefer every one buy Osteocare medicine.
I take them for long term bone strength so time will tell how effective they are. I've noticed I sleep better if I take them in evening. So that's an added perk. Tablets from recent packets are easier to swallow than the old formulation.
Unfortunately, tablets are HUGE and I cannot swallow them so they have been sitting in my cupboard for months. I wish brands would add the size of their tablets on the listing or a picture or make it easy for us to see whether it's a capsule/tablet or smaller pill!
These tablets are incredibly big, which makes it very hard to swallow. I’ve been taking these vitamins for 14 days now and they seem to have eased the pain in my legs. I get really bad leg cramps every few days and they seemed to have helped. However, they’ve not done anything to the back pains. Nonetheless, I have been taking them for only 14 days, and after a few more days il be able to know properly whether they help or not. The main issue I have is the tablet size, it really is hard to swallow. I usually end up drinking a whole cup of water to swallow down one tablet.
I’ve been taking Osteocare Original ever since the menopause, many years ago, to help keep my bones strong and healthy. I take it every single day and it’s easy to swallow with no horrid chalky taste. I’m 75 years old now and still strong and healthy and walking at least five miles everyday! Pretty fantastic and I sure that this supplement helps. Thank you.
