Pros:- Holds multiple charges (I've gotten 3 iPhone 8 Plus recharges and a Garmin GPS watch before I had to recharge the power bank)-Recharges my phone pretty quicklyCons-Takes a super long time to recharge the power bank using a standard wall/usb charger. It was 1.5 days first time out of the box. I tried using the usb-c charger that came with my laptop and the power bank is ready to go in a matter of hours.-Because it holds a lot of charges, it is pretty bulky and definitely not lightweight. I took it backpacking the grand canyon and didn't mind the weight, but that could be an issue for others.-It recharges iPhones fine, but I've noticed that it will only do 10% of my Garmin watch. So, I basically have to keep pressing the button every few minutes to recharge my watch. On the bright side, it recharges it pretty quickly.Overall, I like that it holds multiple charges and is drop-resistant to withstand my adventures. I've learned to live with the quirks and have made it #11 on my list of hiking essentials.

It started burning! I just bought it last week and charged it until full. I used it once and it was great. I needed to recharge it but it wouldn’t charge. Process of elimination led to the cable that it came with not working. I switched the charging cable and it started charging. About 2 hours later, we smell something burning. It smelled like paint or chemicals and we were looking for the source. We found this power bank burning a hole in itself!!

I didn’t even get to use it!!!! It was taking forever to charge, I plugged it in while I worked (8hrs), then when I was off it had only charged 1 little dot! (It has 4), so then I was going to leave it all night but I noticed it was hot! So I thought maybe it was from charging for sooooo long so I unplugged it and plugged back in this morning, an hour barely passed, I went to check on it! It was so hot, it burned me when I picked it up! And the light to it was off, now it cooled off but now it won’t turn on! Complete waste of money! DO NOT BUY THIS! As I read more reviews, I’m not the only one that complained about how long it takes to charge! I only bought it because a friend recommended it! Never again!

It's great and super fast at charging up and charging things up. I was concerned about some bad reviews saying it takes forever to charge but they must have been using a slow charger. I use an Anker 60w extension and it charges it up within 2 hours. A little on the heavy side but that's to be expected with 15k mah. I recommend a fast charger over a wireless like magsafe because they tend to get hot and deteriorate the life span of the phones battery.
I bought this for my son for Christmas and he uses it for his iPad and it only recharges it once then the unit has to be recharged. Then it takes forever to recharge the Power bank. I don’t know if that’s normal but about 6 hours at least I figured it should only take a couple hours to charge the power bank. Other than that it’s ok but definitely not worth the money i’m sure there’s better power banks out there. I’ll have to do my research and get a better one when this one’s dies.
I bought this for when I go camping thinking it'd be a great secondary power source for my phone, but it honestly is horrible. Not only did it take several hours for my Otterbox to charge fully, but it doesn’t actually charge anything. I had my phone connected to this “charger” in my backpack at the beach for an hour and a half. When it was initially plugged in I had 11% battery when I checked one hour later it was still the same at 11% battery. Definitely gonna return this one or have to email customer service at Otterbox because I thought this was supposed to be the best of the best for external batteries, but all it really does is suck. Don’t buy if you can avoid it. It’s not worth the money or the stress of being powerless in the middle of nowhere.
I bought to carry along to volleyball tournaments. I use my phone for checking schedules, taking pictures and videos and it is always dying! This charger not only keeps me going all day, but I had borrowed several times to my daughters coach and my daughter. Plug in overnight and it is ready to go again. I can get days of charging, not just once or twice. No regrets on this purchase. Even though it was higher priced I think it was worth every penny.
Used this power bank for a couple months, about 2 dozen times on usb fan, phone & a basic tablet/ Charge times on devices seemed reasonable & recharging the power bank seemed to go quickly as well -in the first 30 days-ish, then in this 2nd month, not so. Right now am trying to get it to FULL/4 lights, and am on 6hrs plugged in -with chord provided etc, and hanging at 2 lights indicator. I invested in this power bank for the fast charging -INPUT & OUTPUT, but this unit seems to be fading in potential. I will return this.
I’ve used Otterbox cases for my phones for years. Love the cases. Was excited to by their biggest power block. This thing has always $ucked. It took forever to charge up before and drained quickly while away from the charger. Like overnight. Had to leave it plugged in with a constant charge right up until I needed to use it. It didn’t charge my devices too well. Now the thing won’t even charge up. DO NOT BUY.
I haven’t really put this to the test in terms of charging a lot of electronics and seeing the life this can give to my devices. It has charged my phone a couple of times no problem on a 3 day backpacking trip; still had a lot of life left, but that was expected. It’s pretty heavy, which is fine, and is built like a brick sh*thouse. I can be clumsy with it. Downside so far is it took like 12-15 hours to charge fully. Maybe I need to find a wall plug that can speed the process up?
