Be Very Careful - The Mini Pan I received was NOT clean. The inside of the pan felt gummy and my finger left a streak in the pan bottom. It not smooth and slick as the inside of my full size Always pan that I have had for over a year.I tried to clean what appeared to be manufacturing chemical residue. It took over an hour. First, used full strength Dawn and a sponge - not much effect. Second, I applied 91% rubbing alcohol generously, rubbing with a paper towel - twice. More improvement, but still not smooth or drag-free. Third, I filled the Mini with a mixture of water and 2 ounces of Dawn and brought the mixture to a full boil for over 12 minutes and let it cool naturally. If I could give this ZERO stars I would. Do not buy! It loses its ability to be nonstick. I’ve used it less than a year and about 6 months in i would start having eggs stick. I followed all of the high maintenance rules (little amount of fat/oil, low heat (which takes forever to cook anything, clean when cooled) and it still stained and lost it’s non stick. I wish I could just get a refund. The outside stains super easily too—which one main reason a lot of people buy is the look of it and the pretty colors! many times I would chose a different pan to use for dinner bc it’s so high maintenance, and I didn’t want to deal with it. I can't tell you how many pans we've bought over the years only to find out we've been lied to yet again and had to throw them out within weeks. I bet I don't have to because you all have experienced the same thing. But after hearing one commentator casually mention how amazing the Always Pans were, we decided to take a chance and buy a product from a company we've never even heard of before. We are absolutely thrilled with the Always Pan and immediately ordered the Mini!! Seriously, I can't remember any pan with such a slick surface, one that even oil or butter slides around and beads up on like rain on a newly waxed car. I bought the bundle set in regular size a year ago and use it every day. This wore on the product, and as a single person, knew that small pots/pans would be useful for my small meals. I ordered the mini bundle and received it in Feb 2023. I like the size - it's perfect for my 6 minute eggs in the AM without wasting water or gas in the larger pot. I can whip up stir frys, sausages, and pancakes in the mini pan in minutes. Clean up is faster on the minis, too. I miss the soft sponges that came with the purchase (I bought my larger pan and pot in 2022). My only concern is the ceramic is fragile and I am possessive of my pans when guests come over because I fear they will scratch it. My daughter purchased the Always Pan for us as a Christmas gift. She let me select the color. After reviewing the information, I treated myselft to the Always Mini Pan, cutting board and Ovenware set! I cook scrambled eggs every morning and the Mini Pan is perfect. I love that there are no handle attachments inside the pan. The pan is super easy to clean. I also love the high sides. My husband was a worried that the larger pan would not be big enough for how we cook, but he is now hooked on the quality of the Always Pan. The Oven Pan with the silicone sheet is wonderful. I have used the other bakeware a few times and they are great as well.

Luckily I purchased them while on sale otherwise i would be VERY upset. I have had these for about 2 months and already the coating is making all types of foods stick - eggs, potstickers, pancakes, fish…and yes I am using oil snd butter every time i cook. Its so annoying to purchase non stick pans and then have them do the exact opposite. Also it sucks because I keep having to use more oil which is what i want to avoid. I have never put these in my dishwasher and treat them w gentle care. I think they are just nit good pans and the claims they say about being non stick are false. I feel ripped out tbh! I've been waiting a few weeks of use to write this review. I ordered the Always pan + the mini one and have been absolutely delighted each time. After learning about the health and safety dangers of using teflon-coated and other non-stick pans, I've been using other alternatives and always struggle with food getting stuck and not knowing the best way to keep it from doing so. Using this pan with a little oil (or just the food itself!) and watching it slide right out effortlessly is amazing. Also, every pan should have a spoon rest built in like these do; it's an awesome feature. The only complaint i'd have (but not enough to dock a star) would be the small handle getting very hot while cooking, and I tend to forget and grab it accidentally. Wow. Ive been so pleasantly surprised by this pan. I’ve historically used LeCreuset, All Clad, Food52(Greenpan) cookware but I’m switching all my nonstick to Our Place. I use this pan, it’s larger version, and the small pot ALL THE TIME. One cookware design feature I feel is severely under utilized is the rivet free interior. It is a game changer not having to work around or clean around rivets on the inside of the cookware. This is largely one piece of material and it’s great. The nonstick is the best I’ve had on any pan set I’ve used. Everything just glides. I historically have been someone who liked “classic” colors for my cookware but I’ve been converted to loving the splash of color with these pots/pans. They’re so cute.
