OXO Good Grips Chef's Squeeze Bottle - Medium

The bottle is made of 3 parts: the bottle, the lid with the tip, and a collar which screws them together. I bought this bottle for use with olive oil, to drizzle small amounts precisely. I would prefer if the tip had a smaller opening, so I could exercise more fine control over when, where, and how much oil comes out. The cap is firmly attached, and can be easily opened/closed with one finger. It doesn't have any spring tension pulling it open, so it has a tendency to swing into the path of the fluid pouring out at some angles.

Received items as advertised. Serving the main purpose of use by storing content safely and pouring easily. Easy cooking with these bottles and able to close the lid efficiently is a major plus. Great grip and easy squeeze. Happy with price for a product that'll last long.

Great quality oxo squeeze bottle

This OXO Squeeze Bottle is a great container for any types of liquids such as oil, plating and condiments. The bottle comes with a measurements in ounces, cups and milliliters and holds up to 2 cups. The plastic bottle is easy to squeeze out the contents and it is not too firm. It comes with 2 caps In which are very secure and prevents the bottle from leaking. The cap snap opens and closes easily just with the push of your thumb. Another advantage is that the bottle is clear, and you can see when it need to be refilled. It makes my cooking jobs faster and you can control onto how much of the contents you want to pour. Overall I’m very satisfied with this product and I highly recommend it!

LOVE these! Easy, simple, and clean!

My wife and I love having these in the kitchen! The two different sizes were perfect for our needs and leave us wanting a few more.In the smaller one, we put olive oil because it makes it so much easier than taking the giant bottle and getting too much olive oil in the pan. The nozzle is perfect because it lets a little out when you squeeze versus just pouring half the bottle in the pan.In the large one, we put ketchup. Our family definitely has a ketchup problem, and these get rid of the "squirty" ketchup problem that always seems to happen when the bottle gets low. One squeeze gives you just the right amount, and if you're trying to put ketchup on a bun you don't have to worry about just getting a giant glob.The design is great too! This squeeze bottle is the perfect size to fit in the refrigerator door with other condiments. I filled it with maple syrup. I transfer the syrup from the giant wholesale jug (which is great for pouring and measuring syrup for baked goods but not as precise when positioned over a plate of pancakes)! If you happen to squeeze it, the lid does not pop off like the “cheap” versions. The tip opening is perfect for this use, and I love having an attached hinged cap (those tiny loose caps always seem to disappear). The two piece top is so easy to clean - much better than a one piece. I would like to have a bottle with a wider tip opening for a thick barbecue sauce since I make my own sauces. Just what I needed. These bottles are soft enough for easy squeezing ~ I'm using them in an unconventional way: Bought a new washer/dryer set - it's difficult to lift the large bottles of detergent, softener & bleach - so filling these bottles with needed soaps, etc, makes it wonderfully easy to simply squeeze the amount of soap needed into the dispenser drawer. The snap top keeps liquids from spilling. There are 2 caps included - one with a larger tip & the other has a narrow tip - caps are interchangeable. I used the larger tip for thick detergent / and the narrow tip for bleach. (being very careful to label the bleach & also remember to be very careful when squirting the bleach into the dispenser drawer). By the way: when you tip the cap back, it "clicks" open so ... MoreJust what I needed. The ring itself is notched, creating a gripped surface that makes it easy to open, even if your hands are dirty or wet. The overall design is simple and clean. The measurement marks are inconspicuous but easy to read (though I have a difficult time imagining how or when someone might need them). Best of all, all three pieces can go in the dishwasher.

Useful and Handy to Have in the Kitchen

This is a handy squeeze bottle made by OXO. Made of BPA-free plastic, it functions as it's supposed to. The squeeze tip is ideal for liquid-like dressings, oils, and condiments and has a snap cap to avoid leakage. It's relatively leak-free even when I turn it over. The plastic is squeezable but it also holds its shape and isn't flimsy.Over all, it's a handy item too have on hand in the kitchen. I'll probably be purchasing more of these bottles for various uses. The 16 oz bottle is not too large nor too small and is narrow enough for that it fits in the grip of all hand sizes. In order to clean these effectively, I suggest investing in a bottle cleaner and maybe even a baby bottle nipple cleaner to clean out the squirt applicator.

Very handy bottle

I've used this bottle so far, for mixing up an easy salad dressing, herb and lime crema for black bean soup and tacos, and for a simple pesto oil. Making a dressing is really easy with the measures on the side; add ingredients and shake! The cap locks open when using which is nice. I do recommend using your finger to hold the cap in place when shaking; no point in risking any accidents no matter how secure the cap fits. One thing that stands out, cleaning. The cap is in two pieces and that makes it very easy to clean. I was concerned at first that the two pieces could leak but they have not. Overall, I'd say this bottle is better than other sauce bottles that I've owned just for the measures and ease of cleaning.
