I’ve had this ladle for a couple of weeks now, and I really want to love it, but it’s just a tad too big when I try to get soups or stew out of my pot I have to twist it to get the last bit out and scrape the bottom of the pot. The same feeling of it being a bit on the large side goes for storage, it will take up a lot of real estate in your drawer.Quality wise it lives up to the OXO standard and for that I’ll give it four stars, it’s good looking and sturdy, you just have to think about whether you need such a big ladle.

This ladle is nice to hold, it is the perfect dispensing size, and it does not drip. Yes, you read that correctly, this ladle does not drip! I bought one for my mother and aunt for Christmas after purchasing mine, using it, and falling in love. This is the perfect ladle.

I'm really happy with this ladle. I didn't think I needed another ladle in my kitchen, but this one really works better than others I have used. The main difference with this is the spouts on either side of the ladle. The spouts make it easy to direct the liquid exactly where you want it to go. I often make sauce or soup for freezing in jars and with this ladle, I can get it into the jar very neatly and without any mess. The handle is comfy, as I've come to expect from OXO! I think this ladle really has some nice features that differentiate it from others. Recommended!

Love this ladle. Love the pour spouts on each side of the ladle. No dribbles or spills using this stainless steel ladle. I find myself cooking more soups now I have this ladle! I have bought several OXO kitchen utensils and I find them to be of excellent quality. They also donate 1% of their profits to environmental causes.
I started using this ladle not knowing what I was missing in the ladle world. We have several large spoons (meant to be used like a ladle) that we have been using for YEARS and they worked just fine. After using this OXO ladle for a few weeks, I can tell you it is awesome! It's sturdy, it holds a lot of liquid, the handle is grippy, and the pour spouts are a huge help when trying not to drip. Do yourself a favor and get this ladle!
I make a lot of soups/stews for my family, and I've used many different styles of ladles. Since I received my Oxo ladle a month ago, it's become my absolute favorite. Very well made, love the handle and the shape! Will definitely buy a few more, for family gatherings.
Like most kitchen products OXO got it right again. This ladle is a huge upgrade from the basic plastic one our household had been using.Little did I know that having a pour spout on the left and right side would be that amazing. As a lefty it was so nice to have a kitchen utensil that works as designed when I use it with my left hand. Thank you OXO, it’s a small difference but greatly appreciated.The ladle is sturdy with a comfortable grip. The stainless steel is not only good looking but also makes for super easy clean up.Have used it with soup, marinara sauce and even Mac and cheese so far and it’s been great.Would highly recommend, especially for lefty cooks!
I bought this ladle to replace using a measuring cup to dip out soup. This ladle works perfectly. My husband does not like a lot of “juice” in his soups so this ladle allows me to collect a lot of the soup but drain some of the juice off. It’s also great for my maple syrup making process allowing taste testing during the boiling down to be done much easier than with a spoon. It is very good quality and very well made.
This stainless steel ladle is great. I make a lot of bone broths and soups. The ladle is larger than the old one I used, so it makes quick work of straining broth. Cleaning it is also very easy. It is all one piece so there are no nooks and crannies to clean. It is also very sturdy.
