My wife and I have been cutting up pizzas with a knife for years. Never ever managed to cut through properly. A real mess with slices different sizes and bits on the floor!!Now problems solved. Easy and safe to use.

Not crazy about the pizza cutter. The design and shape doesn’t give you a place to put your index finger to apply pressure when cutting. It cuts but isn’t comfortable to use. Would not buy it again.

Until now we were the owners of several useless pizza slicers, often blunt or wheel falling off. Anyway, so far this one is perfect. Nice to hold, cuts well, wheel doesn't feel like it will spin off. Recommended :-)

Never used a pizza wheel before I purchased this one. There were a few on JL website and I had difficulty in choosing one. In the end The 'good grips' one won, on account of the soft textured handle, in preference to a metal one which a Reviewer mentoned was slippery when wet. It's excellent to use, comfortable handle, cuts easily and cleanly. Wouldn't be without one now and would purchase the 'soft grips' one again in preference to the metal handle pizza wheels.
This cutter was given as a gift, but my rating is due to no protective cover included. The pizza cutter works great, but it should be sold with a safety cover. It's very sharp, and the person I gave it too is worried about getting cut while getting it out of the drawer. Hope the company creates a cover. They would probably sell more cutters!
Oxo make two different pizza wheels and the product page shows both for this item. I received one with a fully plastic or rubber handle. Two of the three images on the product page currently show one with a stainless steel thumb guard so I thought I would be getting this version. It's a good enough product, but I do feel slightly mis-sold. Just be aware of what product you actually receive.
I've had very good experience with this company standing behind their products. This Pizza cutter is not the first of theirs I have owned. Like any pizza cutter cleaning between the wheel and the arm it's attached to can at times be a little challenging. Also I've seen the chrome plating on the plastic handle bubble and come off where it bubbles if the cutter is left to stand too long, several days, soaking in water. Saying that makes me think perhaps I should contact OXO about the one that happened to from my past experiences with the company they may just send me a free replacement.
I have started eating pizza quite often as it's a quick meal and the leftover pieces are good for lunch the next day. I had been using a large cook's knife but found it didn't cut the pizzas very easily. I chose the Good Grips cutter as I already own several other of their implements and find the handles comfortable and non-slip. This pizza cutter slices through pizzas really quickly and easily. It's also easy to wash with hot soapy water and a brush. As I said in my title, I should have bought one years ago. Would definitely recommend this item.
This pizza cutter is serves its purpose. The ergonomic rubber grip feels nice and allows you press hard while still feeling really stable. The blade is sharp and cuts through pizza in one pass. I am happy that it is dishwasher safe because I like to spend my time eating pizza rather than cleaning messes.
This works really nice. It makes pizza cutting much easier. ( even with thicker crusts ) It is very sturdy and the cutter is sharp.
