The first one I purchased went on with ease and has remained mounted for a month now. I originally purchased two, however the second one would not hold its auction. I returned it and purchased another which also failed to remain secure. Upon returning the second one they were sold out of that particular shelf. The kind ladies at customer service offered to order one and have it shipped to my house. Further, they waived the shipping charges. It is hanging nicely in my shower for 2 well now. So far so good.

Fell off the bathroom wall twice since putting 2 shampoo bottles in it. Broke the pump off the bottle of Nexxus Shampoo it was holding when it fell. Looks great in shower, not good for holding large shampoo bottles even though it is called a large basket.

At first I was very impressed with the product. It stuck great to my fiberglass shower. Has never fallen off. About 6 months after purchase the metal support around the top started to rust. Do not purchase if you are expecting a long lasting product.

I have had this thing fall off the wall maybe 10 times now. Each time it scares the heck out of me, and I started putting it all the way down on the bottom of the wall so that when it inevitably falls, it won't be as far. I used to put bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash, and I thought maybe it was too much weight, but have a bar of soap and face wash, and two loofahs is apparently too heavy too.I'm going to do as another reviewer mentioned and wash the tile with rubbing alcohol before attempting to reattach it this time; it's been sitting on the floor of the shower where it fell earlier this week.
What a great addition to our shower alcove nest and tidy and grips firmly to the tiles. By far the best tool in our bathroom by a long way, now looking at a corner one for the rest of the soaps and shampoo, keep these coming, a great compliment to your buyers
This product was worthless. The suction cups do not work. Within about 30 seconds of hanging it (according to the instructions on the package) it fell off. I bought it for use in my shower, but could not get it to hang for anything under a minute. I ended up repurposing it using 3M command strips on the side of my utility sink in the basement. Do not buy this product. Huge disappointment because I've bought a lot of other OXO stuff and it is a really great quality brand.
OXO Bath Accessories - Surprisingly Poor ProductAs my picture shows, I had made an investment last winter to purchase five Suction Hooks, the Soap Dish and the Large Basket for shampoos. I thought these would be great to make the bath tub – shower area neat and organized with hanging all the loofa, washcloths, shampoos, etc. - ANd they looked very nice.I had hoped I was wrong when I really noticed with my glasses on that the “Stainless Steel” had all rusted and pitted. I even ran them through the low cycle of the dish washer to see if all the discolored “Stainless Steel” would clean up. They have all started to just drop off the bathtub surround which is not matte.If management does read this and be disturbed, I don’t know what to say. I bought this organizer and put it up in my bathroom. It was just big enough to hold my shampoo, conditioner, body wash and shaving cream. It was great... for the first two months. Then it fell off the wall. I put it back up and it worked for a week or two, then fell again. And it always seems to fall at night and wake me up and scare the crap out of me. This morning I found it on the bottom of the tub again, and the metal part had come away from the plastic and one of the suction cups popped off. I am rather disappointed in this product.
This product worked great at first then it fell after a couple months. After falling the plastic came detached from the metal and is impossible to her back in correctly. Great if you only need it for a few months but I definitely didn’t plan on having to buy another item that quick.
I have had these bins for one year now. I should have returned them the first month. These shelves fall down every few days with only regular size bottles being kept in them. It is a terrible noise at 3am when they fall down and hit the shower floor. The metal bit on these has rusted terribly. Very disappointed that this was a Good Grips item.
