Broke after a few uses. The cord that runs down the middle of the tool twisted itself into oblivion. Not fixable. Tool is useless now. Worked great before that.

Have had one for 7 years before it expired. Replacement lasted 5 minutes, its replacement lasted 20 minutes. Maybe a bad batch. Don,t know if I want a third replacement.
Features were good but the carbon brushes (wearable part not covered under warranty) wore out with v light use leaving the tool dead in middle of a project. They're a small unusual size and only place I could find replacements at was Bunnings: $25 / pair! They should cost a few dollars and last 10x as long. Better off buying a quality serviceable tool instead.
Bought about one month ago. Have used it for grinding, sanding and polishing. So far it has performed really well. Only negative is the attachments are not great quality and could have provided more of the sanding and polishing items as these wear out quickly. But there are plenty of after-market attachment kits you can buy that will fit. Overall good value for the price.
I bought this tool yesterday, less than 24 hours ago, to sand some fiddly parts of a wooden door I am restoring. The rubber stop that the sanding tube slips onto disintegrated within the first half hour. This morning the "wand" arm internal drive shaft wiggled its way out & landed on the floor at my feet useless & broken - looking over other reviews it seems this is a common fault. I'll be taking it back for a refund.
Bought this in the hope that it might perform better than my busted dremel. Has a mind of its own. Slow revs one moment, then top speed the next. Shifts from reasonably quite to ear splitting tooth removing vibration.
Wow!!! Talk about value for money and an abundance of items in the kit. For such a small power tool, it is capable of any small job; from cutting almost anything, to sanding, grinding and polishing...
Disappointed. It got too hot to hold only after a few minutes using it to carve into EVA foam- not a challenging piece. When tightening/loosening to change attachment, the body was twisting and coming apart! Returned for refund. Perhaps I got a dodgy one as I chose this because the reviews indicated it was good for small projects
