Absolute rubbish ! In the first instanceIf you are any taller than 160cm forget it ! The tube even when fully extended leaves you in an uncomfortable stooped position, the loop handle is poorly positioned so you cannot gain any leverage / counterbalance effect as the 500 watt motor is quite heavy. The line feed does not work well and the line breaks every 30 seconds or less. It is more than powerful enough to cope with most normal domestic situations, but is extremely uncomfortable and very frustrating to use. Don't be taken in by the very cheap price, even at $59 it is a poor purchase.

What is, on the surface, an affordable way to get into the line trimming game is in fact a cleverly packaged puzzle. Rather than spending hours of efficient and fun edging and weed whacking, the owner of this machine will use it for...oh... 10 seconds, and then be required to open up the spool - yet again - to try to work out how the line should be wound and secured such that it can be used to do what the box says it can do. While actually getting this to work is theoretically possible, practically it's massive black hole into which your time and sanity will disappear as you get intimate with the principles of mechanical engineering and industrial design. Another great benefit of owning the Ozito 500W Electric Line Trimmer is that you will also need to buy a 20m extension cord, which is actually worth the money you pay for it.

I bought this a few months back. It's cheap. It's ozito electric. Etc etc.The auto feeder for the line is not functional. So when the line needs to re feeded you have to stop and lift uo the machine and do it. Very disruptive. The line itself is so thin that it evaporates against hard weeds. And then the manual re feed process is required which is so annoying.It's taken me many goes to work out this is not a powerful tool. If you are too aggressive against the grass it evaporates and have to stop and manually re feed. If very slow and don't get the motor spinning at full speed (I.e start the motor a little, cut some grass, release the trigger and then start the motor again) the line doesn't evaporate and it works quite well.
