I find myself coming back to this scent due to the intrigue of this scent, constantly smelling my wrists throughout the day (12+ hours after spraying). I’m quite impressed with this scent, given some of the notes are quite polarizing, but they blend it seamlessly and make it work, it’s extremely smooth and unique. I quite like the bottle too, he’s a cute little fella. Atomizer works great, and the scent is a powerhouse. One spray will last you all day, so in that regard it’s reasonably priced.

The dry down is amazing but it stays close to your skin so it makes a perfect date night scent for your significant other. Verdict: would I buy it again? Personally I wouldn’t because I don’t go clubbing and I’m in my 30s plus I already have another vanilla scent. Solid release from Paco Rabanne nonetheless. If you’re in your 20-30s, don’t have a date night scent and want something with more versatility and is mass appealing, this is an easy recommendation and safe blind-buy!

Made by 3 legendary master perfumers Juliette Karagueuzoglou, Dominique Ropion and Anne Flipo. Combined with modern technology advancements this was crafted with AI’s perfumery suggestions. The Matte Black Robot looks quite cool here and represents a man who is prepared for the next era of challenges and fun that come our way! Now the Original Paco Rabbane Phantom with the Silver Robot was really not my favourite and while it established its roots into what Paco Rabbane is trying to do - but it just wasn’t good for me to recommend to anyone. This new Parfum is a mile away in the right direction and Paco Rabbane is heading in a very promising direction. As sceptical I was when trying this perfume, I was honestly surprised how much better this smells. This is something i’d keep in my collection and recommend to you if you are in a younger age group and look to get a good performance, well crafted scent that is calculated before made. Now its said Paco Rabbane used brain scans, and AI to figure out what perfume Notes are most liked, and enjoyed by our human brains and tried formulate the perfect scent for the modern man. In the first attempt as the original silver phantom, the lines seemed a bit blurred as this may be the first time for perfumers came together and were briefed by a large scale company like Paco Rabbane to craft what seems on paper as the ideal sent for a man. This human and AI collaboration, straightened and perfected the second time in this Parfum concentration. The first one was not my favourite as it smelled like a mix of everything. This new concentration blows out the first one in water. The idea of experimenting and taking Perfumery to the next level by Paco Rabbane is commendable. With this new Parfum I think Paco Rabbane is on something. I think the company is coming from a place where they want everybody to win. Making an ideal scent that everyone likes and sells well on the counter is what their goal here seems to be like. The fragrance has a very good opening so when you smell it on paper as soon as you spray it it, you are going to like it and they knew what they are doing. I was surprised by the opening myself, and it intrigued me to spray myself all over with it. In the middle of the fragrance, I am not sure if if I want to smell it up close, but the waves in the air are quite good. I appreciate the idea to make everyone happy but in the mist of trying to please everyone one would lose their individuality and creativity. People who see art in perfumery will argue that the originality or creativity has to take a back seat when trying to make something for the regular audience and there are other approaches to create a masterpiece yet still make everyone fall in love. However this release is not trying to cater to that idea, but still dispite being mass pleaser a user with stronger boundaries to impress can still enjoy this scent not for its creativeness but for the fact that it does indeed smell good. Is it a creative scent? No. Is it something you have never smelled before? No. Is it mass appealing? Yes. Will it get your compliments? Possibly, Yes. Is Paco Rabbane headed in the right direction? Yes.

Granted hugely different price points, but for over a hundred dollars per bottle this shouldn't be smelling synthetic at all, that's for the 20-30$ fragrances not something you have to work an entire shift or two shifts to be able to afford. Don't just do this to people with BO thats embarrassing but if you can tell for a fact they are wearing something talk to them about it, I feel like we'd all get by and have a lot better of ideas of what to actually wear if people were just honest in the first place instead of pretending like it smells good. If it smells bad on my skin tell me people can't always tell and it's weird and awkward to ask a stranger.

Honestly, a Sephora scent description has never been more accurate, because this fragrance is described as both woody and earthy. That is really all I do pickup from this scent. The vetiver definitely makes an appearance upon the initial spray, I was unsure as to what note I was picking up but upon research, vetiver is definitely the scent i’m getting.
