Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula Body Oil 150 ml

I bought this product due to the fact that I've wasted so much money on body moisturisers that were greasy, non-absorbing and just generally rubbish. I wanted a body oil which I didn't want to waste much time rubbing in, waiting for a product to absorb, and that wasen't greasy. It also appealed to me due to the fact that moisturising oils are so versatile. They can be used as moisturisers on your body, face, in the bath, on hair and on nails.I'm pleased to say this body oil ticks all the boxes. The only thing I have a problem with is the smell. Don't get me wrong, I love the smell of cocoa butter but this smell is quite severe and I find it quite sickly. However having said that the only time you really smell it is when you apply it but after it has absorbed your left with a toned down smell which is extremely faint. I will definately continue to use this product and now It's coming up to winter I feel it will definately help my skin cope in the cold weather! I will be using this from now on and would definately recommend.

I like to apply it immediately when I leave the shower, and I’ve started using it in my manicure process because it doesn’t make my hand at all shiny. There are a lot of good ingredients in here, but I would note that the coconut oil is actually halfway down in the ingredient list. The first two ingredients are soybean oil and isopropyl myristate. There are actually six more ingredients (including fragrance) before coconut oil makes an appearance. Based on how high fragrance appears in the list, I’m not sure people with sensitive skin would enjoy this. Everyone should have a Palmers body moisturiser - they all work and they all smell and feel amazing - it’s just about whether you would rather smell like shea butter or coconut and about how moisturised you want to feel.I love coconut and use several Palmers coconut products & moisturisers for different needs & occasions.This moisturising oil is one of my staples - apply it to your whole body after showering and it lasts all day & night & all your clothes smell great too.Highly recommended to everyone

My son was having rashes and skin peelings during the winter and early spring. He keeps on scratching it coz he say it is very itchy. Sometimes he feels it is so itchy that he scratches it until it bleeds and gets irritated. Luckily my friend gave me this and decided to try it out. It was actually a long time ago that I even forgot about it 😅 but so glad I tried it on my son. Now my son's skin is back to normal and its even smoother than before! 😍 I usually apply the oil after shower. It is best to apply it when skin is still a little damp, it won't feel sticky when it dries.

Great oil 4 dry skin %26 last second ashy needs

Better than I expected !!I have the older version of this oil the bottle just say coconut body oil and it has a spray top. It was bought randomly around the time I was pregnant but I never used it because I don’t like the wetness of oils . Instead of putting it on my body I was putting it in my hair because I ran out of hair oil. It worked out great but since it said body I was nervous about consistently using it .Fast forward to last night I decided to use it after I got out the shower because my skin was just so dry especially my hands after I put lotion on . My skin was still all cracked up you can see the ash . Mines doesn’t have a strong smell at all . I can barely smell it . I’m going to order the latest formula to see how it does but I love it . I have to try this a few more times before I can say that it’s so amazing and it really ups my dry skin and keeps moisture in for 48hrs I’m only on hr 10. ….but I can say it’s amazing thus far give it a try

WAY Too Much Fragrance!

The artificial coconut scent that is unecessarily added to this product is WAY too strong!Coconut oil is very beneficial to the skin, and many products these days contain coconut oil, but hardly any go so far as to add in unecessary coconut fragrance to their products. Palmer's must think that by adding such a strong, overpowering smell to this oil, it will promote sales, but it has done just the opposite to this customer! Not only will I never buy it again, but I am returning these 2 bottles that I just ordered.By the way, I use Palmer's Facial oil regularly, and I love it, but this heavily perfumed coconut body oil is just awful.

Wish I had Known of this Product sooner

I have suffered for years with dry, crusty skin. I have used all types of lotions, creams and all to no avail for a number of reasons. Creams and lotions are too slimy and sticky in the summer heat..and I sweat profusely. Who wants to feel greasy all the time? I recently tried this product and to my delight, it quickly addressed the dryness, making my skin suddenly, and for the first time, feel soft. But it got better! This product quickly dried and did not feel sticky at all!!! Are you kidding me??? I am hoping I can continue wearing this product throughout the summer heat...I needed this sooo bad!!

good price nice scent works very well

I tried this and I love it!! it doesn't smell very strong in my opinion, just enough for a sweet subtle scent. My skin is so much softer after using it. I use as directed right after the shower while my skin is still wet and it blends in very well. I had very dry skin. I also use it on my face after exfoliation and showers but I had VERY dry cracking peeling skin on my face. my face is soft and smooth now and not dry anymore but I don't recommend doing this obviously if you are prone to acne or pimples and have very oily facial skin to begin with.I have been using it every time I shower and the bottle is still toward the top. I feel like I've used alot of it.
