Been using this leave in conditioner for over 6 months now. Its been such a game changer in my hair care routine which mainly consisted of trying to tame my curly hair. I bought this as an alternative to wash out conditioner which do not seem to do enough for dryness and manageability. My hair is in great condition and much less breakage as the added bonus which has meant my hair is better than it has been for years. Not using as much styling product either as this spray leaves a great finish to naturally dry or use via hair dryer. And on top of all that it smells so good!!! Love this product.

We recently ran of our favorite leave in conditioner, so purchased a new bottle. It did not smell good at all!!! I compared the 2 bottles and the formula changed. So sad. I am not sure how long ago the change was since the bottle lasted a super long time, but now I am on the hunt for a new brand as the formula stinks and is nothing like the old one.

Smell wasn’t great, but was secondary to the fact that it honestly was more drying to my daughter’s thick 3C curls than anything. Made it frizzy, even while I was braiding her hair after washing & deep conditioning. I also used my usual concoction Jojoba for moisture & grape seed oil to seal it in. Very disappointed. I should have took Additional pictures the day after. It looked like her braids were in for 4 days, instead of next day hair which is usually the neatest. Definitely returning.
I recently wrote a review how disappointed I was in the shampoo not lathering up as it used to. I use the conditioner too which doesn’t seem to have changed. I recently bought this spray to detangle and I’ve got to say it’s great. I spray it in shampoo and conditioned hair whilst damp and you can brush straight through it. It doesn’t leave the hair greasy either which was a worry on fine hair. A bit pricey but as it works it is worth it. X
I ordered this product and love the Coconut Oil Formula. Unfortunately, I messed up and ordered the Olive Oil and received it. Not sure right now how i feel about the Olive Oil because of the smell. I love the smell of the Coconut smell for me. I've got curly hair so Im sure it will be just as good when i want to spray Leave In Conditioner in my hair . As far as the Palmers Coconut 5 Stars all the way. The Palmers Olive Oil im sure will help control the frizz in my hair and condition my scalp from being so dry.
My favourite product! I’ve used this for years and cannot get a comb through my hair without it. It smells great and doesn’t leave your hair greasy.I can never find it in stores now so have started ordering it online. There is now a limit to how many you can buy. Maybe Superdrug should increase the line. Please don’t stop making it Palmers!!

I was so excited that I had finally found a purely coconut scented leave in. On top of that, it makes my hair feel great and is a wonderful curl refresher. I am a hairstylist and I loved this leave in more than the salon products that we carry. I even got my boyfriend to start using it on his 5 year old daughter. I have been buying two bottles at a time. Last time I ordered I noticed the caps were now brown instead of white and the smell was totally different. I’ve been using this leave in for over 5 years, everyday. It is the one product that has transformed my hair. Everything about it is perfect. Sadly, when the caps were recently switched back to brown the scent also changed. The smell went from a neutral coconut smell that never bothered me, to now an extremely powdery floral smell. For some reason this gives me intense migraines. I noticed the smell was off when I recently purchased it in late September. I’m hoping this is a supply issue temporary change and not a permanent one :/. The product itself still delivers but I just have a bad reaction to this new fragrance and have had to discontinue use.
i’ve been a loyal user of the leave in conditioner spray for years! loved the product, how it made my hair feel and ESPECIALLY how it smelled. recently the scent has changed—i don’t know why you would change the formula, but it now has a smell that is not the natural coconut smell that i loved, but smells like chemically enhanced oil (almond? argon?) and unfortunately, cannot be washed off. i bought an extra bottle just to make sure it wasn’t a bad batch but nope…there was that smell again. is there a chance you will return to the original scent for your long standing, tried and true customers? or will i be on the search for my new go to hair care product?
