Panasonic 32L Inverter Sensor Microwave

My Panasonic microwave is the best microwave Ive ever had. It is so user friendly, much like an Apple iPhone , every button has a good use whereas before Ive hardly used any of the buttons on a microwave. Its just so intuitive. But if you dont hit the start button in exactly , and I mean EXACTLY the right spot, it wont work. Because I bought it online, and weve been in Lockdown since, I havent been able to go in and ask them about this problem, because Im sure its a fault. But I will do when and if we ever come out of Lockdown. And I dont know how to microwave something for say 15 secs, anything less than a round total of 10 secs. There is no way to do that. So you have to stand there and just stop the machine when it has done the 15 secs or whatever. But apart from ... MoreMy Panasonic microwave is the best microwave Ive ever had. But apart from that, I love, love, love it, and highly recommend this model of the Panasonic microwave - its brilliant! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the problem with the start button and that I cant microwave for anything less than the whole 10 secs.

We bought this about 10months ago freom HN Hoppers Crossing and were initially happy We bought this microwave about 10 mon this ago and were initially pleased with its performance. Over time however, it seems to have lost power and we are finding we need to heat things 2 or sometimes 3 times to get it hot without killing the food. We just wanted something small to reheat meals etc and were told this would be suitable. We have had a number of different microwaves over the years that performed well for many years and this was our first panasonic product and we would not buy another again based on our experience with this microwave.

Its a great microwave with loads of features and a good size as well. Probably the only knock on this new version is you have to hit the micro power button before adding cooking time. This was not the case on our previous model (Also Panasonic 32L from a few years back) and its not mentioned anywhere in the manual. I thought it was faulty and was going to return it until my son basically mashed buttons and fluked across the answer. Weird that you dont need to hit micro power to add 30 second increments but do for 10 min, 1 min and 10 second intervals. However, once you know that bit its a mighty fine machine with more features than Ill ever need and our previous one lasted over a decade.
