I bought this phone for my 89 year old father. After I installed the phone numbers in one handset they all synced. Easy set up. He has three phones he can easily access in his home with clear sounding speaker phone options if need be. Great product for the price.

After putting up with crackly handsets from another brand, bought 2 sets for work and home. Only downside is the beep it makes whenever you put the phone back into the handset, but maybe that's a setting I haven't found yet!

I needed to replace an aging (and failing!) Panasonic system which had given excellent service over many years, so was familiar with the brand. The new system is very user friendly, easy to programme, and has the the added bonus of an additional handset.

All good so far. Bought it for my elderly parents when they connected to NBN. My father is a little hard of hearing do would be good if in call volume could be made a little louder. Otherwise happy with phone
I bought this phone on sale, and it is amazing. It works really well and has a great level of volume. I found that the phone's answering machine always worked and you could also transfer calls from handset to handset.
I bought this set to replace my 10+ years old Panasonic multi-handset system.Actually, I bought two dect triple handset cordless phones as I needed 5 handsets. The base unit supports up to 6 handsets but buying just one additional handset costs about the same as the whole set! Therefore I now have my 5 handsets I need, plus one spare, plus a spare answer machine/base station. Connected to the NBN network on Telstra, caller ID, messages on the Telstra system and other features all seem to be available. Great that I can use the "intercom" feature for calling other rooms and the range means that even in our reinforced concrete apartment, we get a clear signal (so far!)Very happy, particularly for the money.
Very handy with the third hand piece……was only looking for two piece but I’m glad I got the third as now we are covered in the front lounge room as well as bedroom …….and they are very easy to setup and use
Havent tried the panasonic before. Seems okay so far. No issues but nothing is perfect so we will wait and see
At first I bought a KX-TGC223ALS to replace my previous KX-TG6721AL which was perfect, but was getting old and had seen better days, fading display on one handset, intermittent operation on another. The ringer volume on the new model was very low even at max. settings in comparison to my old one, which would blow you out of the room. The new one I would have to carry around in my pocket at all times if I didn't want to miss a call. Returned it and got this model instead, which was a bit more expensive hoping it would have a louder ring, but it had an identical problem. Unless you're going to have it right beside you, or in your pocket at all times, I don't recommend buying either model.
All good. Had trouble trying to get answering system to work when setting phone rings to 9. Changed rings to less than 9 and works perfectly. Grandma sometimes can not get to phone on 5 or 6 rings.
