All in the Family

The NBN installers told us they could only use one of 3 outlets we had installed, the only one we were not using. We spent months making do with the situation where we had had 2 handsets in convenient locations to one is an incovenient spot. My son recommended this phone and we could not be happier with the arrangement. It's a pity the "experts" weren't more helpful to begin with.

Brilliant Panasonic KX-TGD323 ALB Dect cordless.

Easy to set up, simple to use and good for vision impaired. Loud speaker function is very good. Wireless range is excellent. 4.5/5 Highly recommended.

Easy to use and has normal practical features to make phones easy to use.

Easy to set up because of clear instructions and in a booklet - no looking it up on the internet. Sound was a big concern with other phones we have tried but we are impressed with the Panasonic and because of NBN I thought I may have to get the experts to set the phones up for us but I am gradually getting through the process and it has not been painful at all - big relief these days. It is a pleasure to use the phone the handsets . My husband took one downstairs to his workshop and thinks it is so good not having to come up to use the phone. Very happy just wish we had bought the panasonic before.

Great for Seniors!

This is the second of these phones that I've bought for my 88 year old mum. The previous one was burnt due to an electrical fault in the house. Mum loves this phone, the backlit numbers are easy to see and the sound is very clear.

It's good to have large letters/numbers and variable volume for we older ones. The battery backup from the handset to the base is useless for those on NBN as the phone is connected to the modem which won't work in a blackout. I found the limit of 120 names for the phone-book a bit light. It would be worse if the phone was used for business. Otherwise 10 out of 10 for everything else.

My parents are old and the handset dials are visible and lighting on display makes it easier for them to see as well it's got great features

It's well known trust brand with great features like hands free, baby monitor, large display and dial to make it more visible and nuisance block for those unwanted calls and much more. Absolutely love it. Thank you

Panasonic cordless phone

Purchased this a little while ago to replace our old single handset phone. It was easy to set up, menus are straight forward. You do need to read the instructions to change some other settings to your preference, but its not difficult to do. Sound quality is clear, and the keypad and screen easy to read. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Terrific Service and great phones

Love my new Panasonic home phones. Very clear, nice size in the hand, very easy to setup and buttons are backlit.Myer was great to deal with kept me in the loop the whole time via email. phone set creates its own - wrong time display!!!

the phones were reasonably easy to set up for basic functions, work ok BUT are adjusting the time of their own accord every day. this is extremely annoying as what they show is genarally wrong. they have gained some twenty minute since this morning and did the same yesterday. i regard this as a very inconvenient fault but have not had time to search the manual to see whether there is a remedy. i bought this set to replace another that had even more faults.
