Great product! I'm 24 and suffer mostly with hormonal cystic breakouts and this dries them up in no time! Okay I only used it once so I can’t say a lot about it but here we goFirst the texture: it’s normal like a moisturizer or cream nothing weirdIt’s supposed to help backacne which is why I go it but I didn’t noticed anything from the first timeFor anyone who is wondering how to use you should apply a bit on your hand and rub it on your back then wait 2-4 minutes and wash it off. It’s so important to wait so you can actually get something from the active ingredients in this product.Another important thing is moisturizing..I know some people don’t like putting moisturizer after it but if you feel like you have dry skin or you don’t wanna risk drying the area then please moisturize after washing it off somve benzoyl peroxide is known for drying the acne.Idk if I ... I have tried three benzoyl peroxide cleansers (Differin, Cerave and Panoxyl) as well as Benzacnen gel and prescription Clienzo gel. Out of the over the counter BPOs this one is the least irritating . Differin burnt my skin. I got a rash at the second usaf. Cerave was less irritating but it gave me nasty papules after shaving my face. These bumps lasted on my face for more than 6 weeks. The Panoyl did't cause much issues. My complaint is that it is very drying. If I let sit on the skin for less than 90 seconds it is fine. However, if I use it too often and for too long it does sting quite a bit. Overall out of the prescription BPOs this is my favourite. It is fabulous as a body wash. It is effective in reducing body acne and armpit odor. I recommend it but be ... Great size, should last for a long time even with daily use. Helpful for acne prone skin though it doesn't feel drying. Also great in eliminating sweat scent- gust put in on your armpit for a minute and then wash. I recommend using it every other day in the beginning to avoid irritation and after a while use it daily. Has a mild scent, like a medical product but it isn't bad. All in all it is a high quality product, gentle and helpful.Please like if I helped!
I love this BP wash, I've been using another one (Benzaknen) for some quite time but I think this one is better for face. It's more delicate and don't cause overdried skin. I use this daily - morning and/or evening applied on clean (not makeup on) wet skin for 2-3 minutes and wash it off. Then follow with a good serum/ moisturizer. I think it definitely helps to improve my face acne. You can use this on the back acne as well, but here you can opt to a cheaper BP wash.

So, for severe acne I can recommend exactly 10% PanOxyl.But I think it’s better to start with 4% to avoid extreme skin dryness and irritation (especially for those with sensitive skin). I have sensitive skin and I still experienced heavy purging, redness and itching with 4% version.Can’t even imagine what would be with 10% if I used it first.So, conclusion:Highly recommend it!
