When I first used it, I was using it frequently every day twice a day which was too much for my skin (acne prone btw) and it dried my skin out, so I would be careful with this I made a dumb mistake going too heavy but it does really work ( I only use it 1x a week when I need it) It also gave me a mini chemical peel and literally SHREDDED the dead skin layer of my face and my face looked so much brighter. It really helped with my hormonal acne. I don’t need to use it as much now that my skin has improved, currently using vanicream cleanser. There is no aroma, well, practically, apparently, it smells slightly like benzoyl peroxide itself. In general, the aroma is pharmaceutical, but practically not noticeable.Distributes quickly over the skin. I won’t say that the foam foams well, but it still foams a little, this is enough to make it comfortable to distribute the product over the skin., feels gentle The consumption is small concerning the tube size.Personally, I use foam once a day in the evening so quite high frequency. In the morning I have a different shower gel with acids.I take a small amount of the product and rub it in my palms, then apply it to my problem areas (in fact, now I wash my face with it to erase traces of acne or small pimples from the skin).I wait about 3 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. It is washed off well and completely, leaving no product or unpleasant sensations on the skin.Then I dry myself after the shower and use body cream with acids. And I put on sunscreen if I leave the house.During use, the product did not cause me any unpleasant sensations though I would not call my skin sensitive.

That being said, PanOxyl does work effectively but since there is a bigger percentage of active ingredients it feels more “harmful” on my face. It tightens and dries out my combo skin which is good in some places. I combat this with basic Aveeno lotion with NO diemethicone ingredients. I recommend following the directions to a T for people who are using this for the first time. This will most likely be a better alt. for fungal acne where your hair touches your face etc. It will dry out your lips as well(Aquaphor lip balm SPF). It works very well especially for half the ... I have hormonal ance prone skin. Sometimes really really bad, sometimes mild. I also have acne scars, and combination skin but lean more oily. I will use this every three MAYBE two days because it is very drying you need to be using a moisturizer on your skin after washing your face with this. I've used this product two days in a row just because of the severity of my acne not caring about the consequences and i had small red patches of super super dry skin start to peel off my face. So definitely do not do what i did lol , if you use this product right slowly but surely you will see ... Me personally i use this as a face wash in the shower, and i rub my hands together and lather up, and rub my face for at least 30 seconds beacuse you really need this medicine to penetrate your skin. I wash my face off completely with water and make sure i have no residue anywhere left on my skin/hairline before patting and drying down (some say this product bleaches your clothes and hair so please be careful ! i haven't experienced this though) I then apply my hero. Superlight spf 30 mineral sunscreen as a substitute for my moisturizer because it is acne prone safe, and has a green tint for red scars its also very very hydrating, i have found this easier for me because moisturizers can sometimes break me out lol. I have been using it for two months consistantly and it really works for acne. I use it two to three times a week and let it sit on my skin for about two to three minutes. I have been using it for two months consistantly and it really works for acne. I use it two to three times a week and let it sit on my skin for about two to three minutes. Sadly 10% is very very strong for my face especially parts around eyes which I harshly damaged with this product. That is the reason why I did not give 5 stars. Now when I use it I religiously avoid area around eyes and use it for no more than 2 minutes. It is insanely good for armpit area for neutralising sweat odor during summer days as well. I love quality and texture. Size is very good and can last for a long time. I would advise everyone to use 4% one for face because this is really strong active that can damage your skin if you do not use it properly, for body go with 10% one.
This product stings my eyes if I use it around the eye area, but the pain only kicks in a few minutes after washing. It would hurt so bad that my eyes start to be teary and I would not be able to open my eyes for a few minutes.Also, a few weeks into initially using the product, a lot of bumps appeared on my face, it became so textured and rough.I did not want to give up on this product since benzoyl peroxide previously worked for my face, so I decided to continue using it but avoiding the entire eye area.I’m glad I did because after a few months, I started to see some improvement. My skin became smoother and acne marks started to fade out as well. It really helps on my acne breakout, and brightens up my face.It can be a bit drying since I also use it at night ...
