I think I really can not feel yet any dramatic effect since I am taking a lot of other supplements but atleast comparing the effect of ascorbic acid with my preexisting erosive gastritis so far so good. It did not trigger or aggravate the usual epigastric pain and from the reviews and researches as a superfood, I definitely continue using it and I will edit review with long term use. Nevertheless, cheapest among other brands. No bad smell and taste.

Based on good reviews and recommendations from friends I tried this natural vitamin C. I feel good and there is no side effects. The capsule is small and does not upset stomach. The price is much cheaper than the liposomal C I used to take. I take two per day one at breakfast and one at dinner.

I've been buying/using this as a vitamin C supplement for years because I believe that food will always be a better choice than isolated nutrients. Of course this is highly processed (far from ideal) but I'm convinced it boosts my immune system. If I feel a bug coming on or a fever blister (herpes simplex) or once a UTI, I take some extra capsules through the day and all of those events are less severe now that I'm doing this than they were for decades prior to using this supp. Best vitamin C I've ever taken. You can see the difference in your skin. I like that the Paradise brand is pure extract.
My hubby loves this one whereas I like the powder. The capsules are not good big and easy to swallow. It is tasteless unlike the powder which is sour so it’s a great alternative for those not wanting the powder. Will keep using it as we see an improvement in his skin. Quality is good will continue to buy especially in winter when it keeps colds at bay helping body to detoxify. Doesn’t have lots of other things added to the ingredients so that is great tooWe can tell when he has been taking it after two weeks or so his skin (face) is brighter. We will continue to use this one.
