I received this bottle of Patak's Butter Chicken Curry Simmer Sauce for free from PINCHme in exchange for my honest review.I absolutely love Patak's simmer sauces! I've been using this brand for years, but it can sometimes be a bit difficult to find in stores, so I was ecstatic to get this bottle in the mail! Patak's simmer sauces are so full of flavor and taste really authentic. I've used other sauces when I make Indian inspired meals, but they tend to lack a bit of flavor, but I don't have that problem with Patak's. I used this sauce with chicken and vegetables, served it over some rice and some Naan bread on the side. Everyone loved the dish and ate every single bit of it.

Thank you to PinchMe and Walmart for allowing me to try out this wonderful product,Pataks Butter Simmer Sauce. My family loves to cook,eat,and try new recipes/dishes. This sauce is so convenient as well as delicious. Great for something different to do with chicken. Has a wonderful taste,makes the chicken tender,flavorful and not spicy. Great over Basmati or Jasmine rice for an easy delicious weeknight meal. I highly recommend trying this simmer sauce. Also,a great introduction to Indian cuisine.

I received this as a free sample to try, but this is my unbiased review. I’m trying to get my family to try new chicken recipes, and I love butter chicken from restaurants. This jarred sauce was very easy to use. I followed the instructions as directed. Unfortunately, I felt it was a bit bland. I did not expect it to be spicy, and it wasn’t, but it didn’t have much overall flavor. Even my kids thought it was a bit bland. I don’t think we will try it again, but if you want something with very minimal spice/taste, then this might be a good choice for you.

I received a sample of Patak's Butter Chicken simmer sauce from Pinchme for my honest review. I really enjoyed this sauce! It is great to be able to make some quick Indian cuisine at home without all of the prep that usually goes into it, or ordering take out. The sauce tastes very good, granted it is not as good as our local Indian place, but hey it is convienient and great for bottled sauce. It goes great with chicken but we have been trying to eat more veggies lately and I simmered some cauliflower in it and it was great! Give this stuff a try.
I am the only one who loves Indian food %26 this sauce is good. I’d like a little more “heat” so I add a sprinkle of ghost pepper to increase the heat. It makes 2-4 servings depending on if I only eat butter chicken or if I make sides to go with it. It keeps well in the frig. I ordered it as a 3 pack, saves a little bit of $$ per bottle that way vs 1 at a time. 3 pack only available online, not in store. Came as 3 individually bubble wrapped bottles. Someone can’t count as I was shipped 7 so bonus for me!!None broke in shipping.Will order again.
I received a free jar of Patak’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce from Pinch Me’s sample site. This was a no brainer to try because I am familiar with Patak’s products and enjoy them tremendously. This butter chicken simmer sauce was no exception. I prefer mild sauces, which this is. However, it’s mildness does not detract from its rich earthy cinnamon flavor. I make it with potatoes and chicken thighs as I think breasts are too dry. I like to make it earlier in the evening, put it in a slow cooker, and we get helpings throughout the night. This is definitely our weekend evening go to.
Indian food is full of flavor and spice. This comes up short on both. I understand having to add your own level of spice (heat) due to the fact that not everybody likes the same temperature but they seemed to have forgotten about flavor. Not impressed at all it just seems to leave you wanting more. My best recommendation is skip this and go to a Indian restaurant that has authentic flavor.

This made me feel more confident having a simmer sauce and just needing to buy the rice and raw chicken to make a great meal happen. Overall, the sauce had really nice flavor, it was just a little salty for my preference. But it was easy to use and made a quick and flavorful meal for a busy week night. I would definitely get the sauce again and just not add any other additional salt to the meal and it would be perfect.
I received Patak’s Butter chicken simmer sauce through PinchMe.com for my honest review. I was super excited to try this sauce since one of my favorite cuisine is Indian food. It’s super hard to make with all the spices needed for each dish. I used boneless chicken thighs so it would be juicer. Cut up onions and garlic sauté it with the chopped chicken and once it browned a little I added the sauce. Simmer for bit and dinner is served. Quick and easy. But packed full of flavor.

I would have liked a tiny bit more spice, but I don't know how spicy Butter Chicken ahould be. The flavor was delicious and it made the house smell so good while it simmered. It was so very simple to make too. Next time, and I will buy it, I'll add some veggies. I really enjoyed it. I might try some of Patak's other simmer sauces.
