Fastest memory in the West!.. No compatibility issues, just works no fuss.Literal plug and play...I bought 2 sets of these and not looked back.Doesn't have any of the fancy lighting, but that bling doesn't do a thing for performance.Didn't need all the bells and whistles, just fast RAM.Highly recommended memory, for a future proof business or gaming machine.

Saw these on sale and thought they were perfect for my CPU + motherboard (3800X+B450 Carbon Pro) although the motherboard's manufacturer didn't list the ram in its QVL, I was able to apply XMP settings easily thanks to the rated speed and timings being listed in the BIOS. My only problem is that before purchase, I saw a past buyer on Reddit mention the weak adhesive used to stick the IHS to the memory chips on this particular series of ram and how his ones fell off after a while. I was skeptical but upon receiving mine, I noticed that with a little bit of pressure applied, the IHS does indeed move and feel like it's stuck on with a really weak glue. It's something that I now have to keep an eye on and future buyers should know this before purchase.

I think this may be the best "bang for the buck" memory you could get. A 16Gb is usually all you need for a recent system, and the 3600Mhz memory speed works really well with my CPU.Visually it does not have any king of RGB or WOW factor. But it has a nice black/silver sleek design which goes well with my motherboard.

They work really well with my Ryzen 5 3600X. Can easily be overclocked to 3200MHz. Timings are great, performance is excellent. A very under rated brand with great results and a great price tag. Thanks CCL!

1 DIMM Missing

I bought this and it was the PVS432G320C6K, which should have 2 x 16GB UDIMMs. When I opened the package, I was greeted with a missing stick of RAM. That wasn't very fun. Had it had two sticks, this would have been a great deal given the price of 32GB DDR4 3200 CL16 RAM right now.

Memory modules came well-packaged, free from external blemishes or defects. Once installed, BIOS reports published speeds and latency. Overall, very happy with the choice. Affordable price with outstanding performance.

Great RAM and works well. It is a strong performer at 3000 MHz and the 16GB sticks will max out my Hero VI mobo. I have ordered this on different occasions and I am very happy with the product packing and installation. I have had no issues and I was very worried at first. I saw a review of this RAM not supporting dual-channel, and I would like to say that it is 100% false. I have two sticks of this RAM installed and I verified it is dual-channel with CPUZ. Everyone on the fence about this RAM, go ahead and get it! It's great and I will be ordering two more sticks soon! The only extra thought is that I would like for Newegg / the manufacturer to offer a 16GB x 2 kit for a total of 32GB. I would have totally bought that pack. My grandkid loves it!

My grandson, Fergus, built one of those fancy thingamajiggers that all the youngsters do these days. He wanted a Fortnite-themed computer and me and his parents got him one. He is so excited to play with it. He said, "This 550 is so cool and my 8GB of ram is too!" I don't know what any of that is but now he can play Fortnite with his 2 parts of his computer.

Powerful Fast RAM with clean simple design

This Patriot RAM gives me a very fast PC; R5 2600 + MSI Mortar Max B450 + GPU MSI 280 second hand + LinuxMint.This RAM overkill for this spec but it will last a long time and I can upgrade my CPU and GPU. With R5 2600, I got the speed up to 3200Hz. I need a much faster CPU to get the maximum out of this RAM.The RAM is quite big / high so be careful if you have small PC case or low level CPU cooler.No LED lights so perfect of a build with no window. But the Patriot Viper has a great design so also good for PC case with window.The out of the box speed setting was 2933HZ so go into MoBo set up to tune the speed + voltage to get faster speeds.

Great product but the xmp settings won't work on my AMD system, but XMP is an Intel thing anyway. With manually set timings they work great. This specific unit from Patriot was not on my mobo spec sheet, so I took a risk and it worked out. If you want to plug it in with no tweaks, make sure they are on your motherboard spec sheet as compatible.
