Penrite Enviro+ 10W-40 is a high performance fully synthetic 10W-40, industry approved, multi-fleet, long drain diesel oil licensed by the API (American Petroleum Institute) to meet API CJ-4 specification. Enviro+ 10W-40 is formulated using high quality synthetic base oils and modern technology additives to offer increased protection from wear, corrosion, oxidation and sludge. Enviro+ 10W-40 is suitable for use with emissions control systems such as DPFs (Diesel Particulate Filter) and SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) minimising blockages and maximising component life. Thanks to the use of low volatility hydrocracked base oils, Enviro+ 10W-40 also minimises and controls engine oil consumption. Dispersant additives work hard to keep soot in suspension to avoid oil thickening, providing added protection from wear. Penrite Enviro+ 10W-40 is suitable for use in most diesel mixed fleet applications such as passenger, light duty, heavy duty vehicles as well as mining, construction and agricultural equipment where API CJ-4, ACEA E9, JASO DH-2 or earlier specification 10W-40 or 15W-40 engine oil is required.
