For the price these are fabulous. If you have specs, they are perfect. If I lost these, I would buy another pair. Really sturdy. Not too heavy but could not be called lightweight. It depends what you're comparing them to. I actually prefer a bit of weight as I find very light binoculars difficult to hold really steady.
