I'm a little disappointed it doesn't come with (or fit) a diffuser, but it's lightweight and easy to hold. Dries your hair quickly without 'drying' it out.

The warmest setting is way too loud. Middle setting is quieter but maybe not warm enough. Cool setting works fine for quick drying. Still prefer a previous Philips model where size & temperature works just fine.

Use too much Power? 2100W is a lot of power just for a hair dryer.4. Weight is abit heavy for ladies to hold with 1 hand.5. Doesn't dry the hair as well as old conventional hair dryers that I bought from Philips.Is it possible to get a replacement product from Philips due to product not meeting customer satisfaction?Can I get a replacement with a hairdryer that can really dry my hair and foldable and not so heavy and bulky and use lesser electricity power?

Reasonable price, light weight, doing what is suppose to do.It would be good that the noise level be reduce to say 50 decibel - current noise level is about 80 when switched to high speed . The foldable handle tend to retract itself when changing the direction of usage abruptly, it would be good that lock/unlock button to stop the flaw in future design.
This is my first time using this hair dryer and my hair was sucked into the ventilation holes while I was drying hair for my daughter. This is seriously a design flaw, the holes are bigger than usual and there is no protective cover at the back. Second photo is a comparison against my old Philips hair dryer. This will be my first and last time using this hair dryer. Better to safe than sorry.
The hairdryer comes with a styling nozzle & a blowout and it dries the hair pretty fast. If the noise level could be lowered a bit, it would be perfect ! It is light. I love the look - the matte black gives it a classy look!
This hair dryer is very light weighted, simple in use and it doesn't overheat the hair. It looks very cool, and stylish. It is a good option for daily home use when a sophisticated drying technique is not required. However, it would be good if there were more drying speed options. Thus, I would put 'good' rating rather than 'excellent'
If you have fine hair and it is not curly the hair dryer works like a charm. The air flow and temperature are great, both cold and warm. The way the flow is distributed into your hair makes drying easy and fast, so I would also recommend this product as a good option to bring with you when travelling and after training, as it is light and does a great job.If you have curly hair and your objective is to shape your hair to straight I wouldn't recommend this option. Although the hairdryer works and you can shape your hair, the result is better with other tools that have more power or are more specific.
it works very good, has two modes low blow and high blow, only drawback its a bit heavy, not easy for travel. i dropped it many times by accident even then it works good, very sturdy.
